  1. Unfortunately, I just went to sign up for INT on Monday and it's no longer listed on the site (nor is the Beg. or Adv classes). I'm not sure if there are any spots left or if registration for Monday was taken down early? I've got an e-mail into MidOh about it.
  2. Your pics do look consistent with a hot tear condition, add 2 psi and repeat.
  3. Ride Intermediate with us Scheduling 7/6 for vacation as well -- won't lock in until 7/5 though (weather dependent).
  4. Assuming you can get a GPS signal (spotty with a phone inside your leathers) - RaceChrono for Android is what I've used in the past. I think it would definitely work better if I mounted the phone on the triple and/or used a bluetooth GPS antenna.
  5. But now that Dashware is free -- I might have to give it a shot. Thanks for the suggestion.
  6. Ryan, I think you're better off with what you're looking for in your GPS laptimer thread. You can tell the Sony setup is a poor man's GPS - probably better suited to trail riding on a mountain bike or kayaking, but if you just want the overlay for some sanity-check, then the AS100V is your camera. The "Action Cam Movie Creator" is free with the Sony camera and does the overlays for you - you choose one of four layouts and there is no customizing, you get what you get. (You're really just changing the icon on how the speed is displayed) I've attached a couple screencaps from the program. I have not used any other software (e.g. Dashcam) other than Lightworks 12.x to do any video editing.
  7. The AS100V has GPS as does the AS30V - most of the other Sony action cams don't (AS15, AS20). Assuming you have a GPS-capable model, and the GPS is enabled in the camera setup, it'll take the coordinates while it's recording and then you use the free Sony software (Action Cam Movie Creator + PlayMemories Home -- though you only need Action Cam Movie Creator) to put in the overlays. You can only select 3 or 4 different overlays, so not a lot of options, but it's a neat feature I suppose. This was my first time using it.
  8. http://youtu.be/VTGckdJd_p4?t=1m Has GPS overlay from the Sony HDR-AS100V camera. Looks like the refresh rate isn't optimal for this sort of thing. The first minute is just sitting in the hot pit...skip it.
  9. We are in Garage 19.
  10. If your bike has frame sliders* on the front, a large jackstand under each of the sliders also works -- at least that's how I did the forks on the SV. *Sliders bolted solidly to the frame, not the kind of "sliders" bolted using the fasteners for the bodyworlk.
  11. Good, honest review. Thanks for sharing. For perspective purposes - if you did a 1:49 at Mazda Raceway, what are you normally turning at MidOhio?
  12. Without knowing any other symptoms... you may want to check/change the spark plugs. Relatively cheap and easy to do, along with being pretty important to making consistent power. The only other thing that comes to mind is making sure you have known "good" fuel.
  13. How did they fit? Ease of installation? Have you tried any other bodywork? Specifically interested in Optimal Racing vs. Armour Bodies...
  14. Already back. Starting to get crowded.
  15. Planning on being out there tomorrow, though probably not going to make the after party.
  16. What brand of bodywork? I used factory fasteners for everything except attaching the upper to the lower -- and I used 4 clip-on Dzus for those.
  17. PM me if you end up sitting on it for awhile (probably not likely at that price, but just in case)... I may be able to help you move it.
  18. +1 on the riding with the crew and the big prize winner Bruce!
  19. Planning on it. Whether the bike comes off the trailer is up to Mother Nature.
  20. I also threw a bunch of video up on Youtube from the 9/23 intermediate sessions. Most of them are external views from the track taken with a Canon camera or Nexus 7 tablet -- you may or may not be in the footage? The onboard footage was only good for the first two sessions until the camera battery failed and case broke. Any one else had a camera case break there? http://www.youtube.com/trackbikez or http://www.twitter.com/trackbikez (all cross posted to Twitter too)
  21. Back in "I" for Oct 7th... has anyone been to the appreciation days before? In the riders meeting, Brian made a point that it shouldn't be missed - I was planning on coming down even if it rained, just wouldn't ride.
  22. I thought it was opposite, Chuck will move to the grass to pass you if you get too close.
  23. ohh, and sorry my camera almost hit you.
  24. Great day to ride with folks and put names with faces on here. Jester_, Chuck, lowcel, and F4iguy. Ohh, and MT -- but I already knew his mug. Thanks for the tow Bruce
