  1. Or another stupid idea that one of my co-workers put in my brain...WR250R?
  2. When is the deadline for shirt ordering and to be on the roster? I'm in the Dayton area but work might need me that day. I plan on the medium group.
  3. Sounds interesting. I like my ZRX but it doesn't quite get enough "love" recently due to its Tuono stable mate. I have heard about the negatives in regard to the suspension and fueling. I just would like to try one out and none of the dealers around here have one available to test ride. I like Yamaha products and almost bought an FZ1 until I found the Tuono. I currently put the most miles per year on the Tuono but man does it love the fuel. Just looking for something fun, easy to do longer distances on and gets decent gas mileage.

    FZ-09?

Does anyone have any experience with this bike? I currently own a ZRX1100 and was looking to trade into an FZ-09 to fill my commuter and touring needs. Just something a little more modern and I love the sound of a three cylinder. my ZRX is still stock (I know) so the extra power and weight would definitely be plusses in the FZ-09 column. Any help is appreciated.
  5. I have one and love it. Bought it last year and just switched out my armor from my AStars Gunner. I'm just bummed that they now offer all black. Mine is the black and white version and the white gets dirty easily.
  6. The Kreiga tank adapter and US10 dry bag are totally awesome. I usually do not do bags or straps but this one really does protect the paint.
  7. Aftermarket bearings. Kawasaki's are known for bad steering head bearings due to lack of grease. You can usually check bearings by trying to wiggle th wheel side-to-side during rotation. Also check proper chain tracking.
  8. Take it all apart and coat the connectors in dielectric grease. My Tuono had fits with the flashers until I did that. I would suggest if you have further issues to check out the collective knowledge on the Apriliaforum at AF1.
  9. Thanks everyone! That pic was taken at the Gap about two years ago. I'm going back in early June. Looking forward to it. I'm really disappointed in myself that I didn't think to search for a forum of this type sooner. Oh well...
  10. Good day everyone! Just joined the board today after coming across it on Google. I have been riding for about 8 years and own a couple of bikes / sanity devices / license point magnets. Look forward to becoming a part of the group and look forward to maybe meeting some of you out in the wild.
