SV650 or FZ6 would be my two choices. In addition to them being great bikes, their respective online communities are quite large. Neither bike will be outgrown for a long time.

I haven't used Rossos but I am on my second set of Angel GTs and am very happy with them. I have no prefrence with tires but I usually alternate between Pirellis and Michelins

4K is kind of a waste IMO. It will eat your memory card and battery extremely fast.

Ah yes...the wonders and fun of a dry sump lubrication system. I have one on my Tuono and it is a PITA to check the oil level.

My opinion on this matter is that they are a waste of money. So much effort and money is spent on reducing unsprung mass and all this accomplishes is adding it right back. Most vibes are caused by outer tread deformation such as "cupping" and these are going to really do much for that...although the Dynabead says that it will. How the hell little balls in my tire prevent abnormal tread wear on a motorcycle is a mystery to me. In addition, I'm sure they do wonders to the TPMS sensors that are now being installed in some touring bikes. Lastly...if these things ACTUALLY (not anecdotes, but true lab testing) worked I'm sure that the company would've been gobbled up by now by a much larger company.

They have Pirelli Diablos in the size. They are very similar to the Powers.

EZ-Out kit. Use one drill bit size smaller than recommended (e.g. use #31 if #30 called out for) for maximum effectiveness and push down hard while turning the extractor.

There is only one rule that must be followed in regards to waving when on a bike. If a little kid waves at you, you wave back. Don't care how much of a badass you think you are.

Look at the Sony version. I have been using one for about 6 months and really like it. The optics are as good or better than GoPro for less moolah.

Has anyone gone on the Yamaha India site and read the bike descriptions? My personal favorite is for the SZ-RR (150cc bike) The product concept behind SZ-RR is “Powerful & Comfortable! stylish Commuter. The SZ-RR is targeted at commuter customers with their sports-oriented interests and its designed to create the sensation of “High Speed”. The bike comes with front disc brake, tachometer and has tank protector added to the fuel tank to make it appear even larger. I understand that the targeted market is vastly different but it still is funny. There advertisements are great, too. The FZ1 makes the statement that "The earth is 71 water. Damn it." Also the girl in the RAY is...well...

Had a good time last night. Made it out a little later than planned and missed several of you. Good meeting those that I did have a chance to.I definitely be out for more and will try to bring a couple other of my buddies that ride.
