Welcome, not many Harley folks here. Notice the bikes listed by everyone's avitar? All but Tonik ride at least a sport if not supersport bike, and he rides the hell out of his whale.

Few of us have signed up for the Little Talladega GP STT day down in Alabama on 11/24. Only $99 per day with free photos and a Yamaha demo truck. Not a bad deal at all.
Yep, going to be a good end of the year.

Might be going to NC Bike the 20th/21st. Is the 23rd carved in stone?
I asked him about a day on the 20th and gave a negative. Appointment is the 23rd before he says ok. If I feel real good, is a possibility... what club are you going with?

I will be back in action October 23. Need track time. Where can I go within a 6hr (or so) one way drive? I know most orgs will be shut down by then, but maybe somebody down south??

Nope, only 85 ft-lbs @6000 rpm - my 17 year old Bandit does that!
And 43o lean angle? I guess it really doesn't need sportbike wheels & tires.
They claim 120 HP and 85 ft-lb torque. That's more than a Thruxton R. Don't seem that bad to me!

Pretty excited to see these on the street.

Yep. I am currently bikeless. I’m sure that won’t last. Never does. The only toy in the garage now is the side by side. Everyone in the house loves it so it gets used more than the bikes did. I enjoy it. Going to buy a toy hauler to travel a bit with it now that race season is over. Considering a pontoon as well. Then if I have time left next season between the side by side and pontoon I’ll get another bike. The 790s my be in the states by then lol.
The 790 still hasn't come?! I assume you got your deposit back?

I think @bowdog needs to post a picture of this cute little feller. Pics sell.

My cat started pissing in the new house. Clean litter boxes multiple places. Hes outside. Not a punishment at all for him, bummer for me cause I liked napping with him. I grew up with outside/inside cats. They can handle it. Dry and out of the wind is about all the shelter they need.
That's Jack, or as he prefers to be called, Lord Handsome.

That cat would be outdoors with a quickness in my world.
Probably in a trash bag.
Clearly Adam needs the cat gone, we don't have all the info here. I trust his judgement.
But this seems like a reasonable option. Not the trash bag part, but cats like being outside, maybe this one just found a spot on the barn mouse hunt squad.

Yes. Never been that plugged up. For a few seconds at one point I wondered if I could get my hand up my ass and get the poop out that way. Decided against that plan.
Very common.
Mother Mary and Joseph! Sweet baby Jesus! Without going into detail, I can't imagine what sort of hell my life would be had I not been taking laxatives along with the oxy from the start. It's no joke.

You scared me! As soon as it came over the radio I knew it was you. I am glad I saw you get up. Heal up, next year brings new competition....like Helmutt.
Are going to watch and flag at CRP?
Yep, I'll be at CRP.

How? Hope you heal soon.
Racing has its costs. All good, just an incident, my fault. Making a pass around lapped traffic and top 3 got bunched up. Thought I had a shot inside, turns out I didn't and my front tire hit the rear of a buddy and I high sided. Helmet did its job.

I think it boils down to the "mini racing is the end all teaching tool and if you don't do it you suck" attitude of the mini crowd.
Huh, dont think I've said anything about it being the greatest teaching tool ever. It's fun and cheap. If you have a free weekend from big bike days, it's a great way to spend an afternoon. And when a guy with a mini bike that fits in a class I race in posts a picture in leathers "practicing" I get excited. All of the excuses I've seen so far why not to do it dont really add up. I've offered my bike for free to anyone anytime to come check it out, numerous times. Had complete strangers sleep at my house before events. Met really cool people doing it, same with big bikes man, its all good! We all like bikes, this is just another avenue.

Hey man, lighten up, I'm only giving you a hard time cause i honestly don't understand your opposition to mini racing. Didn't mean to offend, intended to be an over the top ridiculous joke. Obviously, I barely know you on a forum, much less real life.
Motor rebuild after floated valve, what to look for?
