Something that epic may not be the most inclusive if the goal is a large group. That being said, I've saved jschaf's route for future use.

Yeah! Busa with a sidecar?

Dates:
May 16 - Seems relatively clear of anything as of now, only downside to this date could be a particularly colder start
May 23 - Memorial Day weekend. -Not sure how much of a fan people are for that weekend, but it also gives those who ride an extra day to recuperate from the longer ride. Not sure how it will affect people being able to attend and possible heavier cop presence.
May 30 - This date we lose Snot/Helmutt participation
June 6 - Off Limits - Deals Gap OR trip
June 13 - Barber AMA race (tentatively scheduled for this date) - Not official - but I plan to vacation there this weekend so it's off limits for me and probably whaler/wolfman
June 20 - We lose IP and is that too late for a "spring" ride?
I agree. I like the HH route, but 2 years in a row for 3 rides, I think it may be time to a more centralized location and different route - If it fails, then we can always revert back to the HH location for the Fall ride.
I'd be up for May 16. Wedding anniversary Memorial Day weekend might be tough to be gone all day. Tough, but not impossible if that works best for others.
Meeting in Zanesville is good with me, some really excellent roads mentioned above. Anybody know where there'd be a good place to gather?

The route is good for me, no opinion on dates.

Haha, this is great. She's spend today trying to convince me buying a mini is better than renting one for a few races this year. And Todd, she thought your comment was spot on regarding cost vs. usage!

Wow! Great number of suits to look at, thanks for the suggestion.

Thanks.

I'd like to get in a few races with the mini-roadracing group in Circleville next season but need a set of leathers. Anybody got a set gathering dust or well loved but still functional set? I'm 5'11", 155-160lbs. While window shopping, I tried an AGV Imola a while back and fit into a 42 pretty well, snug, but I think I'm a 42-44 in their sizing. Doesn't need to be an awesome set, but I'd rather spend a few bucks for something that would take a few hits. Whatcha got?

Yeah, that'd be fun.

OK, I have a paint quote coming by about 10. If you pm your potential route, I'll run it backwards and maybe meet you someplace.
-
Denny, when are you leaving zanesville?

Buddy at work has scrapped two cars in the last couple years. Got $250-300 each and he had to sign over the title. They won't take it without one. They did pick it up with a flat bed both times.

yeah, I'll be out. Don't know where too yet but it should be a great day.
-
Oh for sure, wouldn't want to own it, but a weekend rental would be fun.

Yep, tomorrow's supposed to be nice too.

I'm not necessarily your target market, but I do have a policy that may apply. I never borrow or lease for a hobby, and in Ohio motorcycles are a hobby because most people only ride 6-9 months out of the year.
Agree, I'd not be too interested in leasing/financing a toy.

Not much there... Found a pair of boots I brought back, but a pretty meager selection. 5 sets of leathers, a bunch of no-name helmets, some gloves, but nothing that appealed to me. Parts were basically tossed in a pile. Wouldn't go back, haha But riding 7 hours in sub-freezing temps was an adventure and a test of my cold gear. Found my weak spot: my damn toes froze!

Just stopped for gas about 70 miles away. I'll post up any sweet deals... Sunday should be awesome for sure!

I like it, also any time I get to go past the Big Muskie Bucket, I get excited.
