I have the Pirelli Angel GT front and back on a 600+ lb bike and at 3800 miles, I replaced my rear tire due to a nail, and it had more than 50% tread. I push the bike to the edge with confidence in these tires. They are surprisingly good in the rain too.

For sale is a BMW Goretex riding suit that is in perfect condition. I received the suit when I purchased the bike and the previous owner said he only wore it a couple times. I am too big for the suit (5'11", 260). It is a one piece suit, and it is very well insulated. This would be for cold weather riding. I would like to get $400 out of the suit, it cost $900 new.

It's route 550 and 377 intersection. Part of 377 had new asphalt but only about half, the northern half up to 78 is groved and dirty. Hopefully this will be done this week.
Awesome, thanks for the heads up. I rode 78 earlier this year and man was it rough.

Yeah at the bottom of a big hill. There is like 8 tight sweepers that change direction quickly. At the bottom of the hill, there is a BP and rt 78. Rt 78 just got a new repave last week.

550 is a great road, and there are some nice roads around it. I ride it on my ride home from work. The section going down Sharpsburg hill to the BP is probably the best curves around though.

Dang. I haven't been all the way down since last fall....was hoping for some asphalt.
I will know for sure this weekend. I plan to ride from the south end up to Zanesville. I usually ride the south end after I get off work, so I know it fairly well, but from 550 north, I have only ridden it a handful of times. If anyone is riding 550, there are some good newly paved roads such as 329 to Stewart which is really nice.

Is it still chip seal north of chesterhill?
To my knowledge I think it hasn't been touched.

Couldn't swing the Dragon trip... Definitely riding somewhere this weekend. Thinking maybe tomorrow heading southeast. Haven't been on 555 yet this year.
555 is almost completely clear on the southern end. A few corners have a little bit of gravel. I have rode it three times this week.

They had a guy riding bikes without a front wheel a couple weeks ago. It's usually a good sized turnout.

I have my phone mounted on a ram mount on my triple trees so I can see my navigation, and my SMH10 lowers the music to give me the directions, which makes it nice so you don't have to stop to see where you need to turn.

Thanks for the replies guys. I have been progressively taking my bike longer distance trips. I just got back from riding to the New River Gorge. Route 60 through Hawks Nest is an amazing road if your in West Virginia.

Hey guys, my name is Justin. I stumbled upon this site and browsed through and seemed like a good group of people with common interest. I have been riding for 5 years now, I have owned several different bikes through those 5 years. I started street bikes when I was 18 on a 01 F4i, then to a 06 Sportster 1200 Custom, and now to my current bike, a 1998 BMW K1200RS. I try to ride as much as possible including to work everyday. I live in a little town called Coolville in the South Eastern part of the state next to some great roads like 555 & 550, so if anyone is in my area, I can help you find some good roads. Im going to try to add a pic of my bike, so we will see how this works...
Throttle Lock

I've had a throttlemeister on my CBR, and now on my BMW. I also run a throttle rocker to help ease the hand, but when on the highway, its nice to lock the throttle and work out the hand cramp.
