When I replace my chain/ sprocket I want to get rid of my tight spot. The current cushes are tight. Should I replace them , try to change around the existing ones, or use play in the sprocket bolts to center it?

put a laser pointer on each end of the bike and make a mark on a piece of paper on a nearby wall up-right and then with you sitting on it. or on the forks you can just use a ziptie

Why not just get a bike now? I got a bike before the permit. The types most people have here aren't learner bikes.
