I can't even say the right words, that man is a hero and blessed to be alive after something like that.

Now that I've finished reading it all, I would call back and raise hell about this! Is this not something you paid for? If its in the contract they are legally bound, if they are telling you to bad its to late....I would tell them you are hiring an attorney until they make it right. If they aren't going to abide by the contract then why should you IMO? As much as it sucks, you've got to keep pressing and continue your life. I'd be glad you are only $30k upside down. I know people that are -$130k+ in the same boat. The crazy part is most are walking away. Its not worth all the problems when you can fix it in a few years on your own. If the house was nice enough for you to buy in the first place, it should be nice enough for you to stay in and keep to make right. Good area, good schools, the right size, everything you wanted, etc...etc...in a few years the money won't even matter....

I would just stay where you are and ride it out. Double or triple your payments until you are out of the red and in the green again...

It's already happened with the ZR1 and Z06 Carbon, etc...

We got it from Champion Acura on the south side of town. Its been great so far just wish the backseat was a hair bigger for baby seats. Its showing 17mpg so far but no biggie considering its only got 200miles on it. I really wish Acura offered more color/interior choices. We both wanted White but it only comes with tan interior (currently) and that's a no go for me. I had tan with my TL-S and will never have another tan interior car. My wife liked Grigo but they didn't have any on the lot with the options and interior. I won't own a black daily driver so we ended up with Bali Blue and gray. I'm sure the gray will show dirt worse than black but its much cooler with the TX heat. Time to focus on momma before baby #2 arrives...

Thanks for the response and info.... ....well, we ended up buying one that same day! One of the nicest buying experiences I've had. I sent out an email to five dealers asking for invoice, I had two respond accepting $500 over within minutes (they later settled on $300 over). He offered me the trade price I wanted for my TSX over the phone and the deal was done. We drove down and picked it up and have enjoyed it so far. Now I need to order a hitch for it and get the front windows tinted... :thumbup:

JB, Any updates/thoughts on your purchase? We've been shopping for to long and need to pull the trigger. Seems they aren't coming out with a new one next year so now we are probably going to pick up an MDX this week. Just curious if you had any complaints about it after a month or time for a quick review? Thanks...

We studied this in a NTSB class, he didn't go through the engine. His helmet came off and slowed/stopped the compressor enough to keep him from going all the way in...

If you get an older Ford with the 5.4, it needs a tune BAD. Otherwise, pony up for a 11+ with one of the new engines...

I'd buy a Ford all day over the Ram (unless you are talking diesel). My only suggestion would be to pony up a little more and get a 2011+ with one of the new engines...

If you don't plan to mod/race it, I wouldn't even bother with the track key. My coworker got it but he said he really doesn't notice much of a change really (not sure if it has been track tested yet or not)...

If you are set, and that's what you want.....just order it exactly how you want it! I wouldn't even chance a dealer trade, miles on it, possible damage, etc...just get it with your name on it from the factory!

If someone has had a few more than normal run-ins with the law (proven/documented criminal), I don't see a problem. But to just install them on EVERY car, yes I see it as a problem.... Hell, he had 100kilos of cocaine and $1M in cash.....ya don't think hes running a legit business with that sitting around....(nightclub owner or not). Worse part is with this ruling, it will probably open the flood gates on any other convictions that used a GPS tracker that didn't have a warrant to do so.

How is this any different than using a helicopter, UAV, or just tailing them, etc... I may not agree with the GPS on EVERYONE....however, I'm a realist when it comes to criminals. If they are doing something illegal, that doesn't throw everything they are caught doing/done out of the water on a technicality.

It depends which Mustang GT and what options? Also, what is the condition of your T/A, mods, value, etc.? If your car is worth $12k + $9k = GT price? I would think the Mustang is worth more but not sure what you have in your T/A or if the $15k is what you have in mods or total appraisal value? If you want a DD that you plan to take to the drag strip regularly, then I think the Auto 5.0 is a GREAT choice and would be something new and fun to start over with. If you plan to autoX or road course it then I would think twice about the auto.
