  1. Ain't gonna pay for it. I'm looking for an attachment to a drill. I don't need two motors. Think light and compact. BTW - "Comparing anything with MotoGP" makes no sense... $90 at Revzilla or anywhere for a glorified reverse inhalator is ridiculous in my book. I probably can part together something most awesome-ister from McMaster for less... and it would have blinky lights and WiFi from an Arduino.
  2. My Felt collected another layer of dust from the rafters... I should really take it out for a ride.
  3. I've heard of Motion Pro but know very little about them. If they are "cutting edge" and suppliers to racing teams then I would expect their tolerances to be very ridged with 100% conformance to standards and their RD budget to be very high. A MotoGP season is around $12 million a season. Each bike is around $1 million and a team typically leases four. So I can see it now... "Hell Charlie! This is the third time our riders high sided the bike. Are you sure the tires are at the proper pressure!? What's this? I pressure gauge from Harbor Freight!? I don't give a $H!7 if it was cheap and the package says it's accurate. It's from Harbor Freight! Pack your bags. You're fired!" I'm not digging the Motion Pro price one bit and I'm certainly not going to pay anyone with a 20% discount off $100.00. It's a tire gauge for crying out loud and I'm not checking my pressure tolerances every lap around my neighborhood block. I tell you what I want... I want that Air Dragon compressor I can attach to my electric drill but made better and more compact so I can take it with me when I ride cross country. Anyone want to become an Millionaire? Theirs your goal. 4. I suppose I can simply attach one to the inflator. http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_200658790_200658790?cm_mmc=Google-pla&utm_source=Google_PLA&utm_medium=Air Tools %2B Compressors > Air Compressor Piping Accessories&utm_campaign=Klutch&utm_content=48690&gclid=CLmR8OK9jdMCFZOIaQodYfoDsw
  5. I have mine insulated and tucked away to where you cannot get to it... It reduces noise in my garage.
  6. Get the Air Dragon (I can see the forehead slap-fest now) https://www.buyairdragon.com/?uid=E384FD4D410C15CBD75992C498268798&gclid=CIKIw565jdMCFQK5wAodwFMOyA
  7. Why can't a reliable one be made at an affordable price. It's not rocket surgery.

  10. Today was going to be just another day... then I remembered! I have two wheels and an open highway. I think it's time to find some new duds.
  11. Neither did the Ford Cobra.... good for you!
  12. NIce find... ooo! ooo! ooo! And by reversing the poles it'll go reverse. Heck yeah! I can use that when pulling out of a parking spot. Nice! Gimme... gimme!

    My kid on TV

Cool... say, can you tell me why my smart phone is stuck on the previous day?
  14. But wait once more... according to this... this is not April Fools Joke. Don't put it past the Germans... let's not forget the advances in technology they made during WWII. They'll figure out how to do it right. https://ultimatemotorcycling.com/2017/04/01/bmw-r-1200-gs-xdrive-hybrid-unveiled-170-hp-wheel-drive-gs/
  15. April Fools!!! But hell, the beast can use more power and additional pull from the front tire is a good idea for bad situations, like sand. http://newatlas.com/bmw-r1200gs-xdrive-hybrid-2wd-motorcycle/48735/ Author's note: This was indeed an April Fool's Joke - the first I've fallen for in 9 years and 364 days working for Gizmag/New Atlas. We take some solace in the fact that there's nothing remotely funny about it, it's eminently plausible and indeed not a bad idea, and it sounds like something BMW would do well. So… Good joke BMW Motorrad… I guess… We had to double-check this one given the date of the announcement, but it's true: BMW is set to release a two-wheel drive R1200GS, using a 45-horsepower front hub motor that takes the bike's peak output to a staggering 170 hp (127 kW). And in true BMW fashion, the company has been pretty clever about it, too.
  16. Huh!? Link is gone. Here's another source: http://www.bmwblog.com/2017/04/01/first-hybrid-xdrive-bmw-motorcycle-revealed/ Hoax... don't know.; but I think you are right... it's a joke.
  17. Finally figured out where that HORRIBLE buzz and rattle is coming from. Took my bike to a friend who says he can spot weld back together my crash bars.

  19. Yeah! I don't think you'll be seeing Vespa races in America anytime soon, maybe France.

  22. $265, for both!? Your sh***ing me. That I can do. I was cringing at $500 just for the jacket and Klim $1200 for just the jacket was nutz for my money.
  23. LOL... thanks for the advice. I was looking at REV'IT gear. They have an excellent website and excellent line. I'll look into your suggestions. And yeah, I should have included hookers and coffee in my gear criteria. =) "And for every matching pair of pants you buy with a jacket, we'll throw in a free hooker and a pair of gloves." I think every bike should come with a hooker for a seat warmer while I'm having a beer or coffee.
  24. TY... yeah, lots of layers ... abrasion resistance is also important.
