  1. My mistake...0.26% chance. In a Biden moment I confused the chances of getting hit by an asteroid (.04%) with the chances of dying from the Kung Flu (.026%).
  2. You believe what you want to believe. To be protected from any virus, you need more than a mask. The masks that people are wearing are not masks that cprotect them. They're face coverings that give a false sense of security. If masks worked, we would have no need for quarantine or social distancing. Then again, if there's a .04% chance of rain, I don't walk around with my umbrella open. And even if I got wet, it's not going to kill me and there's a 40% chance I wouldn't even know a raindrop hit me. Masks are senseless except for the weak minded. The statistics are presented to scare you. After the election the virus will no longer be important.
  3. Keep wearing masks that do nothing to prevent any virus from spreading.
  4. I'm in Canton, OH. Probably going to be too far away unfortunately.
  5. Location? If you're close and it fits my head I'll buy it.
  6. I have a LG K20 Plus that has been unlocked/jailbroken. It has a fresh Nougat 7.1.2 Android operating system installed (Lineage OS 14.1). No bloatware from carriers. Clean & new OS installation. Phone is in excellent condition, no scratches or breaks. Battery life on this phone is phenomenal. Bootloader is still unlocked and TWRP is still on it if you wanted to use it for further customization such as installing GApps. Or just use it as is. Located in Massillon $80.
  7. And THIS THIS THIS is why I don't generally post in such places or leave comments. I didn't feel the need to prove anyone wrong so I just kept quite. Now someone says i can't see past my own nose. My last comment in this thread.
  8. I didn't realize that explanations were due for such things. But if you need one, I'll oblige. I think the hiding game is a waste of our time and is killing the economy. There is no vaccine and never will be one. Or like the flu vaccine, it will be worthless. You can sign up for the Bill Gates inoculation if you want, I'll pass. He can't keep computer programs straight, I'm not trusting him in any way shape or form with my medical treatments. I tried to explain herd immunity before but everyone jumps on the "feelings" and "selfishness" bandwagon. F that. I'm not destroying my life over a virus that has a 1% mortality rate. Every organization keeps changing their numbers weekly if not daily. They keep changing what they know weekly if not daily if not hourly. There is no plan, there is only from the hip regulations. I am a free man. I shall behave like a free man. Those that are scared of the virus are also free to hide in their homes and keep their old and feeble loved ones with them so I can't infect them. Call me mean, call me selfish, call me whatever...but I call myself free. I'll add an edit here: People die of a lot of things every day. No one cares because the media hasn't told them to care and that's what people are following. Not common sense, the media. I also don't like arguing on the internet. It's a waste of time. Some people just have it in their minds that you have to save humanity at the expense of humanity. You can't debate with someone that has zero logic on that level. No kings, no masters.
  9. I'm not up on all the laws for this but if it were me, I'd be leery that the neighbor may try to claim an implied easement for use of your driveway that could even be pushed to the point of quit claiming the easement. Cementing the area in between would bolster his claim of an easement.
  10. At least it won't be in the shop as often now.
  11. And there is your problem. You seem to be afraid of conflict with this neighbor. Until you tell him to stop, he has no reason to stop. The longer it goes, the worse it gets. You're letting yourself be taken advantage of.
  12. I have not changed any habits, particularly riding. I've been out every weather permitting day this spring.
  13. It's actually in Yellow Creek. They're both on google maps.
  14. I'm quoting Dr Martin Dubravec who is a Allergist/Clinical Immunologist and Allergy and Asthma Specialists of Cadillac, MI . I'm not correcting anything. Saying Acton is a scientist and a doctor so she's right is like saying an orthopedic surgeon is qualified to pull teeth like an oral surgeon. Orthopedic can't even clean teeth like a dental hygienist but the "Dr" title sounds good in news bites.
  15. Excellent come back. Full of verifiable stats and data.
  16. People who are infected with COVID19 and survive (97-98 percent by current stats) are immune and their bodies kill the virus. That's a fact. Do you know that most children have mild to no symptoms from COVID19? That's a fact. So why close schools to when kids will then essentially become virus killers. You'll say "they'll bring it home to sickly grandma who will die" but that can happen next month as well because the kids haven't been exposed yet to build immunity. All the spring breakers that caught it this year are examples. If any of them died, I'm certain the media would have been all over it. Now those kid's bodies will destroy the virus if they get it again. Average annual US deaths from: Heart Disease: 647,000 Cancer: 558,000 Drug Overdoses in the US: 70,000 Estimated common flu SO FAR this year: 29,000 Estimated common flu for the whole year: 59,000 Estimated from pneumonia this year: 49,000 Estimated from auto accidents this year: 33,000 Total US COVID-19 deaths as of April 5: 9,528 People say "if it saves just one life"........ Death is tragic, death is sad and many times death could have been prevented. But death is the inevitable end of every life. It happens every day on much larger scales yet we ignore it or grieve it and move on. We don't shut down entire economies over it. This is scare driven by the media. Why are people hoarding? Because it's in the media. We hear about every obscure c-list celebrity that has died from complications to COVID19. We never hear about the 98% that survive, many with little to no symptoms. People get the sniffles and rush to be put on ventilators that they don't need. Hospitals can't handle the demand (for profit hospitals are more concerned with making a buck anyways but that's another story). Common sense has completely left the building.
  17. I'm not sure you read it thoroughly. American company makes medical masks. American made masks cost more due to wages and regulatory costs. Hospitals like to buy Chinese masks because they're cheap. Slave labor and communist government subsidies do that. H1N1 drives demand sky high. American company ramps up production very quickly to make masks because American hospitals promise to keep buying them from American company. After H1N1 subsides, American hospitals renege and only buy from cheap suppliers like Chinese. American company gets to lay off workers from two shifts and now has to pay unemployment cost because of broken promises. American company is tired of getting screwed over by American hospitals and basically says "I want a contract or you can pound sand". Now hospitals are pounding sand.

  21. The end result is going to depend on the details of the contract you signed. If the contract specifies dates of completion and remedies for failure to abide, you have a case. Otherwise, you're gonna lose money. As others have suggested, get an attorney. And as I'll suggest, next time you enter into a contract for a large amount like this on an important project, have an attorney advise you on it before you sign it. Always ask "What if" to every clause in the contract. I've been fawked over before so I feel your pain and have learned the same lessons the hard way. Unless you can prove fraud, this will remain a civil case, not a criminal case.
