  1. This could be nice, or a disaster....
  2. Coffee is brewed at around 200 degrees. So if it's fresh it's going to be that hot. The hot plates they put them on are much lower temps. I think the hot plates are 120 - 140. So yeah, fresh coffee = hot.
  3. I've used Blue Magic Headlight Lens Restorer a couple times. It worked really well for me to remove the hazing and yellowing. I think all the big auto parts stores carry it. I've done the sand an polish as well. It seemed to work better for really bad headlights, but it won't last unless you seal, clear, or clear bra. http://www.bluemagicusa.com/repair-products/headlight-lens/
  4. Go here and read this about the brakes. http://www.wjjeeps.com/brakes.htm btw that is a great site for info on the wj You easily could have death wobble as well. Any solid front axle vehicle can get it. I would have someone move the steering back and forth while looking at all the front components to see what may be worn out. A vehicle this old it could be all of it.
  5. you might also get a pivot pin install tool. Not "needed" but nice to have and pretty cheap.
  6. I find myself surprised that dog did not turn on it's trainer.
  7. I have been wanting to do a "refresher" on the CCW class I took a couple years ago from Joe. There have been many changes and I know from Howard that the class has evolved from the class I took. It was, after all, only the second class Joe had done for CCW. Joe and Howard were both more than happy to have me come back and make room for me in their class. It was good reminder of what I had forgotten, an update on what is new, and a chance to learn the additional content. They both were helpful in giving me constructive feedback to correct my form on the range, and provide techniques to control muzzle rise. I now have plenty to go home and work on in order to correct my "bad habits". Additionally, I know that I can always go back to either of them for further instruction. It really is a great class and I was excited to be a part of it even for a second time. They give you a lot of information and I'm sure there is plenty more they could give if time weren't a constraint. Thanks again guys.

How do you like the Ridgid sander?
  9. CTD only uses NASA approved lifts, these lifts are only the best and have thousands of hours of R&D and Research. Even at liquidation prices I doubt any of us "normal folk" could afford them.
  10. For street, PBR axxis ultimates or stoptech street performance.
  11. Reading this made me think of this thread. http://www.bcsportbikes.com/forum/showthread.php/146566-Build-to-Fail-Fail-to-Build.-What-is-this-I-don-t-even.....
  12. The WJ Grand Cherokee with V8 and tow package is rated at 6500lbs. You should be able to find one in that price point. I will say they don't like neglect so look for it.
  13. I like the art work done to jones car, but you missed the black soot on the exhaust tips.
  14. I think the GTR was moved to SSR for this year anyway
  15. Potato Paul's latest selfie. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=489&pictureid=6987
  16. First of all the smart ass part can be left out. Second in texas any detectable amount is listed as the limit for a minor. Third the .24 was not listed in the article provided. Fourth i don't give a shit enough to look up more info on this. Fifth, obviously i didn't read the first article well enough to pick out the dip shit driving was from texas, else i would have put that in the first place. :gabe:
  17. I have never even heard of a ticket for an offset license plate before.
  18. Just fyi, legal limit in Cali for under age is .01%. So three times is .03 and legal limit for someone over 21 is .08%. Not saying the kid should get off, just saying press is doing what they can to make it a story by leaving that information out.
  19. On a street car, the centric premium rotors and stoptech street performance pads if you drive aggressively or posi quiet if you drive like "normal" would be a good setup.
  20. 06+ should not have a cat in the up-pipe. You would get more performance gain from a down pipe and a tune than a cat back. If you want the sound you will need the cat back as well.
  21. That just seems odd to me. A new ECU for a car without NASA involvement. I wonder if they had issues with their solder joints. :lolguy:
