I rent a basketball court every week with some friends and guys from work.. We have a limit of 15 per week and usually have to cut off people.. We split cost of $45 up between everyone. Anyways this week is a bad week apparently and are down to 8 and could use a few guys. Anyone in? These are very friendly games, none of us are crazy ballers (or tall!).. and usually a couple who are kinda bad.. haha.. But it is pretty competitive and we have fun. Wow I really like that! I find myself checkin out Solaras alot and yours is nicest I've seen! I'll be the over-critical internet jerk and say I'm not crazy about the grill.. Not even sure what you could do different.. but it seems to cheap up the perfect car otherwise? Anyways. I love it.

Those are usually funny.. but sound so fake though and they beat em to death. Some of the Dolly ones were pretty good though.

It happened to my buddies house. We smelled it out front but not inside. They came out and shut it down. Turns out it was out in his front yard and ended up costing him a pretty penny to get fixed. I wouldnt be too concerned if you dont smell it inside.. but I dont think you'd be overreacting if you got out of there either.

Nope. It would take a very large branch. I used to work at a bank awhile ago, and there were some regular customers that would cash maybe $20-$30K checks but they'd call ahead. I think the most the particular branch had at a given time was less than 100K and that's counting filled atms and such. Banks are like stores and most branches have figured out how much they take in/give out and keep bare minimum in the vault. If a bank has an extra 100K or even close sittin around they are doing something wrong.

Yeah they use shoes, clothes, cars.. I dont think I'd want my dog doing something like that though. Seems like a good way for the dog to get hurt? I have a hard enough time not pulling something when I lift and I think I kinda know what I'm doin.. kinda.

Exactly. And people who bought a couple years ago could be getting that house for MUCH less now and arent exactly looking too brilliant.

Yeah it is rude if there are 30 cars waiting and you get the arrow for just yourself. Not that I havent done it.. Like most things in life, it's cool if you're the one getting the arrow and not the one waiting.

I put a new coil in it, dist cap. I'll change plugs and other things you mentioned tomorrow Thanks for the suggestion. Just looked those up. They do look nice, but little pricey for now. Thanks for the tip and offer! I just messed with the timing couple weeks ago.. brought it down some. It was 14/15 I think.. and now I think I pulled it down to a bout 10 w/ no luck. Where are you running yours at?

Hey Guys, Car is a 91 GT vert and the rack and pinion is going out. The factory one is a 3 turn. For the same price I could get a "sport" one which is 2.5 or 2.25 turns. Would this work? Does it make any sense? .. would it be any kind of improvement? Oh and anything I should know before doing this? According to Haynes it seems pretty straight-forward. Also the car has had a high end miss for a while now. Above 4000 rpms it feels like it's hitting a rev limiter. Car has a new fuel pump. Is it injectors? Any other ideas? There is no check engine light on... Car starts and seems to be running perfect until 4K rpms. Checked timing and it is on. Thanks for any help or suggestions anyone can give!

I know very little about this stuff but did some searching after seeing this post.. I guess that is actually at Su-37 not 30 and this has been around for a while. Without going into neighborhoods or why you are paying so much more (Joe is all over that part)... I thought I'd share that I moved closer to my work over the summer. I now pay more for rent, but live in a nicer area and get to work in 8-10 min with no freeway, and there is no comparison. I used to live 30-35 min from work (for 4 years), then 20 min (for 3 years) both all freeway which was a ton more hassle with accidents, construction, traffic, weather, etc without even considering gas savings. It's so nice being about to get to work w/out having to worry about traffic or bad roads. I can run home on lunch and let dogs out if I want, or just being able to get home so quick. It's nice having all that extra time in the morning and evenings I was wasting in the car sitting in traffic. Anyways, if you can afford it and if it's a nicer place to live I definitely recommend it.
