  1. That was cool. And man that guy is good.
  2. Thanks again guys. I'm pretty sure the fuel pump is just weak. I may have said it wrong earlier, but the fuel does prime every time I turn the key. I notice now when it doesnt start I'll turn the key back and forth to let the fuel pump prime several times then it starts up. Are there any tricks to doing the fuel pump? Any suggestions on which pump to get since I'll be keeping it pretty stock? Just go to Napa or Autozone? And thanks, Dave for the scan. I think I'm gonna go ahead and do the fuel pump this weekend. I may bug you about a scan afterwards if the light stays on (which I think it will..) Unless you think that's backwards and I should definitely do a scan first?
  3. Thanks, guys. Yeah I did change the fuel filter not too long ago. I'll have to check the fuel pressure. I have a gauge for my Camaro which I hope will work...
  4. I did go to Advance and they told me they arent able to scan it cause it's too old. . You've had your fox scanned there? I'm really starting to think it's the fuel pump. I've noticed now that if it wont start I'll turn the key back and forth letting the fuel pump prime a bunch and it wants to start..
  5. Anyone.. My 91 GT now has 117K miles on it and periodically gives me problems starting..just cranks and cranks. It happened a while ago and I held the gas down and it started right up. I went ahead and tuned it up since it was due, new plugs, cap/rotor button. I'm assuming the problem is fuel, but last time it just cranked I just hit the schraeder valve and I atleast had some fuel pressure. I took the coil wire off cleaned up coil a bit and it started right up. Happened again and holding gas down and nothing. Took dist cap off to take a look, put it back on and it started right up. I'm having a hard time nailing it down cause it works most of the time. I've noticed lately at full throttle it wants to cut out at high rpm.. All this sound like a fuel pump? I think fiddling w/ the cap/coild wire, etc is just a coincidence? I'm sure plenty of people here w/ 5.0's know the symptoms for duel pumps? If it is the fuel pump any suggestions on where/which to buy? This is more of just a daily drive car with simple bolt ons.. Oh and my check engine light is on and I haven't been able to check it yet. The Haynes manual gives directions to use a volt meter.. this the best/easiest way? Thanks for any help!
  6. Thanks guys. Chris actually sent me the PM first and is buying the other parts from me. If he doesnt take it I'll work right down the line to Old Diesel/1True SS.
  7. Bump for me with an update. Saints tickets sold. Thanks, Josh. Have fun.
  8. I got it really bad at the beginning of the summer. Man it sucks! I tried the bleach in the tub. It did seem to dry it out, but didnt feel great. And I didnt use a ton if it... but I also used baking soda in the tub and soaked in that. That really helped with the itching, for quite a while anyways, and seemed to dry it out. You can only get poison ivy from the plant or oils from the plant. Once you've washed it off completely and gotten the clothes taken care of you cant spread it to anyone else. I had it for a good week and my g/f never got it. She was in the same bed and there is no way she wouldnt have gotten it if it was contagious as she is allergic to it. Good luck, Joey! I've never had the shot, but my sister did about the same time as me and it dried the stuff up pretty quick itself. Try the baking soda baths if you're still itching a lot.
  9. Ah the 1st string handled em just fine. What will be the practice squad let that one slip away. I'm sure it makes for a long season when he leads the league in receiving.. again. ..and thanks for the bump.. and excuse for me to bump my own thread.
  10. I replied to your PM. Stuff is at my parent's on the East side. I'll be out that way on Saturday.. Could make a trip if you really need it before then? Muffler is single outlet, btw.
  11. I'm in Hilliard but the muffler is at my parent's on the East side..?
  12. Seat location: Section 305 Row 22 Seat 7,8, & 9 These are just under the overhang so if it rains you shouldn't get wet. There were a couple games last year where it saved us. I may be willing to sell 1 ticket for $45.00 if anyone is interested, otherwise I'm selling all 3 together. Below shows a picture from the seat: http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid210/pd59f3747c7686f103c4c660396f6a73d/edfb9bd8.jpg There is now a waiting list for season tickets and single game tickets will not be available. 14. I just need it out of my garage. Anyone have any use for it? It's the single-out Flowmaster. It's got the surface rust they all get. Worked fine when I took it off. Has a chrome tip on it. I should have taken a picture today.. but I am asking $0
  15. I was cleaning out the garage and still have all of this stuff. haha.. Anyone need this stuff? $60.00 for everything! Anyone? I have 3 times that just in the little molding pieces..
  16. I thought about messaging Derek. Wasnt sure he had time for this stuff still?
  17. This isnt for me but a woman at works needs a heater core in her 01 Sportage. I'm lookin around at sponsors, but not really sure? Anyone recommend any shops? Anyone work at a shop have an estimate? I told her I'd try to find someone to help her out.. and really I get asked regularly this type of thing at work. Just dont have a lot of free time to work on other people's cars. Thanks for any recommendations or help. -Sam
  18. btw, Joe. Tried to send you a PM but your box is full. I emailed you, hopefully you still have the same email I have for ya? .. anyhoo.. Oh and yeah spit it out..
  19. I tried also and thought Grego was horribly annoying. I know you really have to give someone like that time, but I just couldnt handle it. I also LOVE my Sirius and Howard Stern.. Opi and Anthony?! haha.. Don't they get like no ratings. ZERO.. POINT... ZERO.. They arent giving Stern multi-million dollar bonuses for no reason.
  20. I'm really getting a kick out of reading this debate.
  21. When I looked into it, it was over $30 a month. A friend at work has the Petsmart insurance thing and it doesnt cover a lot of things. Didnt take me long at all to figure out it wouldn't be worth it. My brother had insurance (not sure from where) on his dog and it was recently hit by a car. Of course the place they took him to wasnt covered and he's out $1,500. I think you'd be better off sticking the money aside in case something like that came up. Course that's easier said than done. If anyone does have any good companies/experience I'd like to look into it again.
  22. Ah thanks. I wont break my neck lookin for it then.
  23. You really get what you pay for when it comes to stuff like this. I have a friend who is a madman on the treadmills, and takes him no time to trash a cheap one. The more he pays the longer the next one seems to last. I know you said new stuff but have you checked at Play it Again Sports? I know things like ellipticals/treadmills end up turning into a clothes rack for most people, that's why I'd suggest lookin in the paper too for a used one.
  24. Was Artie any good on it? I'm assuming Spike will be replaying it?
  25. I have a wet kit for my LT1 sitting in the garage, not installed. I havent even looked at it for two years, but could pull it out and take a look?
