By eating eggs, you're going after the protein found in the whites of the eggs. Eating the yolk has a lot of other good nutrients, but way too much cholesterol in them, which is why I understood to eat the yolks sparingly.
I've understood Muscle milk and Monster milk weren't the best for a post-workout protein source because it's basically a time released formula that should be taken earlier in the day, and then you suppliment with a whey or different protein within 30min of your workout.
Pre-workout I used N.O. Loaded
Post-workout I use ISOmass Extreme Protein
Daily I take multi-vitamins
Anything else seems like a waste to me, especially if your supplements already have most of the other stuff you need for joints and etc.
Not possible.. even with heating. There's only a certain point you can go safely, without chipping on any car. And it also depends on the thickness of paint the manufacturer uses as well, that can make a huge difference.
What are you trying to do that you need such a roll?
