If you say MPG doesn't determine if a car is streetable or not, let me ask you this.. What makes a car NOT streetable? And I'm talking OTHER than the obvious no signals and the apparent drag slicks which could be replaced with street tires anyways. If you say a car running anything higher than 100+ octane that gets 8mpg with full interior and no heat is streetable.. you're fucking retarded. These guys take an ollllld Groupe B Celica turbo rally car and COMPLETELY restore it.. down to every little bolt and fastener. It starts getting good around picture 49. But check out their other projects as well, which include a Ford ModelA http://www.mat.fi/project1984toyotacelicaturbo.htm I'd like to know how they got their hands on that 4TG-TE, that's one rare motor that was put in leman's cars at one point. OH, and if you don't know about Groupe B rally cars, Groupe B was discontinued because it was a free-for-all between all manufactures with no limits on engines and chassis design. You'd see 600-700 horsepower rally cars and it got to a point where there were too many deaths thus leading to Groupe B deemed un-safe and discontinued.
