  1. I'm a little short for lunch today and so I'm trying to find a coupon I can download and print out for subway or someplace here in dublin, anybody know of anything?
  2. Shane Burgel, Your ideal job is a Fluffy Bunny Trainer. grrreat.... Ironically, our rabbit just had seven babies yesterday.......
  3. http://www.subservientchicken.com/ Strange........ but interesting.
  4. Very impressive. I'm going to start saving my quarters right now. http://www.howstuffworks.com/bugatti.htm
  5. Probably better to post this on http://www.columbusdsm.com/forum/ or peruse www.vfaq.com I used to be a dsm guy but I didn't do any tranny work, sorry. Those guys on the dsm forum should be able to help though.
  6. Well I'm not using BP (hate that crap they sell) so that can't be it. I'll try the break pedal thing, and if that doesn't work, I'll borrow Mark's OBDII scanner again.
  7. In an odd turn of events the CEL hasn't gone off yet even after tightening the gas cap, and it has been several days. I wonder if I need to unplug the battery for a bit to force it to reset?
  8. Turns out it was the "loose gas cap" code. Sheesh, they probably have a scale under the driver seat so they can show a "your butt is too fat" code also. Well probably not actually because if they did, mine would be on.
  9. I was just about to call him. I read on some of the subaru boards and this is fairly common. Apparently the ECU is super touchy and so people get CEL's all the time for incredibly minor things, so I'm hoping it isn't a big deal.
  10. My CEL is on, is there an easy way to get a code or do I just have to take it in?
  11. Just try unscrewing the knob and if it isn't stuck to the boot you should be ok on that, and most aftermarket knobs aren't threaded, they have three adjustment screws on the side that you have to tighten to get them to fit, unless you buy a car specific one.
  12. LOL, I agree, that was a great topic title
  13. sorry no burner, but I appreciate the offer
  14. Anybody have one or a link to one?
  15. MAS, and that could have something to do with it. Removing the honeycombs can sometimes cause problems (some cars more than others), as well as venting to atmosphere with the BOV.
  16. There is no explanation of how it works, which leads me to believe that it's fake.
  17. Yeah, and can somebody tell me how low I have to get my car in order to drive under semi trailers? http://www.corvetteforum.cc/zeroimg/smilies/smashfreakB.gif
  18. I hope you just won the lottery...
  19. Umm actually it's not. I asked them about it before I bought it and they told me that they don't warranty electrical parts, so if I bought it, I couldn't bring it back.
  20. unfortunately I don't have a warranty to work with here. I had to spen $25 to get the first switch. Thanks for the thought tho.
  21. As reported in my earlier post. I found that the stoplight switch by the break pedal was toast so I replaced it, but one day later the new one has now burned out. What could be causing this? I'd rather not have to take this into the shop but I'm running out of ideas.
  22. Not on this car. It can be shifted with the ignition off unfortunately. But, I got the truck working so we'll just use that for the time being.
  23. You guys are right about the switch. I checked it last night and it was toast. I should have taken it out sooner but I was convinced that it had to be a fuse and they all checked out fine.
