Yeah, just don't do two long days back to back, is all I'm saying. If you are running 6 days a week, 2 or 3 of those days should be longer days. So maybe do: 2 on monday, 3 on tuesday, 2 on wednesday, 4 on thursday, 2 on friday, 3 on saturday Then the next week: 2 on monday, 4 on tuesday, 2 on wednesday, 4 on thursday, 2 on friday, 3 on saturday Then: 2 on monday, 5 on tuesday, 2 on wednesday, 4 on thursday, 2 on friday, 4 on saturday Etc: You only want to increase your total weekly mileage by about 10% each week.

You need to work on your endurance before you can work on your speed. Work on being able to run 6 miles without stopping at your current pace before you start trying to get faster. If you don't build up the endurance first, you won't be able to improve your time much. Start by doing like 4 miles one day, 2 the next etc and work your way up. Then once you can do that, then you can work on your speed ( You'll find that you are already faster though by that point).

That's awesome. I bet it was scary to land that thing as fast as it goes and as much as it cost.

We pretty much spend most of our time together, but there are no problems with doing our own things as long as it is planned and the other person knows about it ahead of time. We have a daughter and another on the way so that adds something to the discussion. If I go out, I'm sticking her with 100% of the baby responsibility and vice versa, so we both have to conscious of that. Most of our friends are couples at this point so we rarely need to be apart.

I dig it. The wrx's are a little sedan'ish looking but they aren't too bad. Nothing will ever look as good as my 2g GSX to me though. I don't think my wrx is as pretty as that car was.

A lot of those games I've played so maybe I'm not as far out of the loop as I had figured. I'll play about anyting, just looking for good ideas of stuff I may not have heard of.

Well I'm finally buying a new computer but my current one is so old that I have no idea what is out there as far as cool games go. Give me some ideas of some good games to pick up. I'll play about anything if it's a good game.

Thanks, I'm playing in a soccer tourny tonight so that isn't too bad a way to spend the day. My wife and baby girl suprised me at lunch with a cake which was also pretty cool. She rocks smile.gif
