  1. EXACTLY. People talk crazy shit about these chicks they see, yet I see some people out at meets with, well, how do I put it, I've never been that desperate. It's the whole stones and glass houses argument. If you want to bang/date/marry/whatever an ugly chick, by all means, but don't be calling a decent looking chick ugly in the process. As for houses, that would be interesting. My place isn't anything fancy, but gets the job done, and I'm not embarassed to live here by any means. Crime-free neighborhood is a big plus too.
  2. Ummmm, yeah. Does that really represent modern day Japan?
  3. Optioned how I wanted it was over 32k. I mean, you get a lot of cool toys, but in the end look what you are driving!
  4. Several of you keep complaining on how this place is decorated. PLEASE posts pics of how your places are decorated. For some reason I have a feeling I'm going to see some apartment w/ a couple posters on the wall. Not to say my house is decorated nice or anything, but I'm also one of the people marking out to this house too.
  5. I have no problems replacing it with new plastic stuff (the parts can't be very expensive), but how do I get the old stuff off?

    McLaren SLR

Best I've seen on the road would be a Ferrari 550 and a Lamborghini Galardo.
  7. I have a leak, and I need to know how to fix it. I have stacked bathrooms. My upstairs tub is about my downstairs toilet. Well, the drain on the tub is leaking, leaked into the ceiling drywall and through it in one spot. Tonight, I busted out the drywall saw to see what's up. Here is what I found: http://cofba.org/users/nitrousbird/Random%20Pics/Bath%20Drain%202.JPG http://cofba.org/users/nitrousbird/Random%20Pics/Bath%20Drain%204.JPG That little rusty reflective spot on the first joint is a water drop; seems that it is leaking out of that spot. I'd sure like to fix that problem, but I'm not sure how. Right now I've cut the hole out in the ceiling big enough to get my hand up there, though I'll cut it as big as I need to. I've never done any plumbing before, so I'm a bit clueless.
  8. You can't afford it, but it's CHEAP for what you get
  9. Well, you gotta figure a stock 35th SS goes for what, 20k now. So the Ligenfelter package is 29k on top of this. You are definately paying for the name, but that name is one of the few aftermarket companies that WILL add value to a car. Then you have to look at the parts. If you start adding all that stuff together, parts alone will get pretty expensive. Gotta figure your average QUALITY twin turbo kit will run 6-7k. Those heads are another 2k. Probably another 2k in the shortblock. $800 converter. Tranny was probably 2-3k. Rear end was about $2400. $350 K-member. Looks like a full fuel system there w/ braided lines and such.....that adds up quickly. $350 driveshaft, $850 intake, $450 throttle body, $650 catback. Just adding up what I listed, which left off a lot of stuff, I already hit over 18k in parts.
  10. Random guess, but I bet this guy has had better days than that before!
  11. Opps, I must have copied the wrong thing to link. Sucks, where I got that from is no longer available, so I can't link the naked Asian figure skater skating.

    taxes question

Yes you have to file, but it should take all of 2 minutes to do your taxes.
  13. NOT WORK SAFE: Katarina Witt Nip Slip And this chick just looks hot: http://img47.imageshack.us/img47/6848/cohen1uh.jpg
  14. My guess is that's in Canadian dollars. The exchange rate is in our favor.
  15. Now THAT is a sport worth watching.
  16. Sorry, my car is currently in the middle of an engine build.....it's still winter and all.
  17. Come on people. That guy will never show, simply because his 900RWHP car doesn't exist. Just another CR Troll.
  18. My g/f has one. He is about 2 and a half if I recall correctly. Sweet dog towards people. Very hyper. VERY bad around other animals, especially other males. My dog is the sweetest dog ever, and her dog will attack him any chance he gets for no reason (my dog is bigger by 40lbs too, but is pretty old). From what I've gathered, it's a Husky thing, they aren't happy w/ other animals. Her dog is cute and can be fun, but can also be a royal, chews everything up, needy PITA too. They run very quickly too.
  19. Heads are a lot better (basically LS6 heads). I've heard the block is a bit stronger too. As far as handling boost, I'd say both cars are probably equal in terms of stock shortblock strenght. But with the LS2, you'll get more HP starting out, and more efficient heads = more power on the same amount of boost.
  20. Body: 9.9 - It's tight Ass: 8.75 - Couldn't tell real well from the one angle provided, but that's a safe number Boobs: 4 - I HATE overly fake looking boob jobs. Fake is fine, but at least let them have a semi-natural look to them. I'll take a small perky rack over those any day of the week. Hell, my boob ranking would have been lower, but I've seen worse boob jobs, and a big rack can be fun Face: 8 - I'm not a big fan of the schnooz, but overall she still has an attractive face. Overall Score: 7.66
  21. Very much so. I love that license plate; that car is probably slower than it was bone stock, lol.
  22. That piston slap shit is so overrated. My ex's Neon has it BAD when it's cold out, hasn't affected how it runs at all. My g/f's Jetta (pre totaling it) was 11 years old, had slap when cold, and ran just peachy. My Avalanche will have an almost inaudiable slap for a few seconds when it is really cold out. I'm not worried at all.
  23. That happens to me every time I work on a Mac.
  24. So because Greg gives good information as to why these home builder loans are bad, and the reason these property value estimates are off, you are going with someone else to do your financing? That makes sense.
