Took the boat out last evening. Water was super calm, got a couple rounds on the wakeboard. Was even sunny on/off.

Idiots.

Wrong. The more you make and sell, the more you can pay for that engineering = the lower the price of the car. That is a 150-200k class car, period. At that price, they could have sold 10x as many easily, and likely made more money in their pockets overall.

All I heard was someone pointing out how this is a nearly identical disaster we had to one 31 years ago, and pointing out how things SHOULD have changed in those 31 years, but haven't. Let me guess, it is whatever political party you hate that caused this. Or that it isn't "that bad."

We want to re-do our main 1/2 bath. Previous owners thought a black pedestal sink and toilet would be a cool idea. It's okay, but not what I want. What we want: - Espresso (the really dark wood) color - 24-36" wide - Ability to take a vessel bowl (or as a complete package...don't care). - We have been looking for a bit. E-bay either has shit or is uber-expensive. - Great Indoors - not that great of a selection, and their prices are unreasonable - Lowes - they seem to carry 2; one that everyone says is a total POS, another that is decent once you replace some stuff. But at a $400 package, I shouldn't just be decent + replacing stuff to make it liveable - Home Depot - they carry one decent one, but nothing special, and the ratings are so-so at best. We will be checking Anderson's today, and Menards tomorrow. Anywhere else? I think we would like to keep the budget under $400 for the complete sink package.

Things to know: - The glass breaking commercial is real. They had someone find a glass that would resonate at the same frequency as the exhaust...then let her rip. - MSRP: $375,000. Oh, and that doesn't include Navigation, Sat. Radio, Premium stereo, and a couple other things. Nice. - Lexus chooses if they will allow you to buy the car. You have to basically do a "coolness" application, to see what other cars you own, how much and where you drive, where you live, where you go out to eat, etc. They want the car to be seen on the "right roads" and in front of the "right" restaurants. - They will be making 20 cars for 25 months, starting in 12/10. The car is super cool, but way too much money for what you get. For what will really be 400k + tax if you don't have to pay a surcharge, there are far more exotic cars worth getting IMO.

I like my iPhone, but not a lot of other Apple Products. OSx SUCKS!!! Yes, it is a shitty platform. That includes your precious Snow Leopard...only thing that it good for is running Boot Camp so you don't have to use their crappy OS anymore.

As for the John Deere, there are two kinds - the piece of crap ones they sell at Lowes, and the good, high dollar ones they sell at the John Deere stores. The good ones cost a lot for a reason. Again, DO NOT buy a Husquvarna. I just finished ordering $200 to get my tranny back together. Sadly, $115 of it was for a new axle and hub, as they decided to fuse themselves together. The rest was for the 3 damaged gears inside. Me = not happy. It is a shitty mower, and I hate it. I will one day trade up for a used commercial Zero-turn.

Avoid the Husqvarna like the plague. I have an 05 w/ a 54" deck - fucking POS. Rides like hell, cheaply built...right now the transmission is on the work bench, as it decided to eat the low-speed gear, which took out the low gear and reverse. You know how hard it is to mow without reverse? Luckily I got the mower for a great price used, otherwise I'd be really pissed. Why is a zero turn out? They make snow removal attachments for zero turns (at least for commercial-style units). I have 2 acres, and it takes about an hour and a half to mow with my mower, as same size zero turn would cut that in about 1/2 the time. Of course they are far more expensive too, and worth it.

So doing my own research, looks like i oS4 is released on the 21st. How much does everyone think a mint 3GS 16gb will go for in say July / August? Wondering what my final out of pocket will be if I upgrade to an iPhone 4 (just switched to AT&T/iPhone a couple months ago).

That sounds more like it - 45k won't buy you shit for a V-drive wakeboard boat. A lightly optioned entry model Moomba or Gekko, and that's about it. My two favorites are over 100k new. (Mastercraft X-55 and X-80).

I am looking forward to iOS4. I didn't read the whole thing...when will it be available, so I can update my 3GS? I'll have to play with the iPhone 4 to see if I think it is worth upgrade to or not.

- They make specific cases for media center PC's - I would personally run Windows 7 - XP is really outdated at this point. Businesses are even migrating to Win 7 now - Noise is a concern - you want a quiet fan setup. Get a good power supply that is known for low noise levels, quiet video card, and an aftermarket heat sink with a quiet fan. Silence is a must. - Specs totally depend on what you will be using this for. Playing Blu-rays? Using it as a DVR? Gaming? Web surfing is a given. - Get a Bluetooth card as well, so you can use a Bluetooth keyboard/mouse, and sit where you want without issue.

You can usually find some used ones on E-bay for a reasonable price.

Wasn't too expensive last night. Went to Kogen's (now spelled right), my wife and I each had the Samurai Rolls, and started off with an order of the Chef's Sushi. Had a bottle of Asahi as well - tax, tip, out the door for a tad under $50. Tasty.

Walmart is doing a 3GS iPhone w/ 2 year contract for $97 I heard. Much better than that thing.

I will never own a Frigidaire dishwasher. The one my wife bought for when we had the condo was aweful...you'd basically have to have nearly clean dishes in there for it to do anything. We bought a Whirlpool Gold for the new house, and have been pretty happy with it.
