No way to contact them.. ALL the research ive done basically says you have to wait it out, release and renew IPs and create a whole new account. Its VERY frustrating, Ive been trying to sell a car for almost 2 months on there and havent gotten emails and this whole time its not "reeealllyyyyyy" been listed. GOOD LUCK with that.. Im STILL trying to get 1 DOA bulb AND ballast replaced. Ive bought 3 kits from them and the bulb scam shit is definitely legit. Ill never order from them or tell anyone else to either. Ive bought 4 kits from kyrptonbulb.com now and theyve been SO much better. You get the correct bulbs, the kit works and the customer service is better... oh Ill mention they ship from the USA TOO.
