Ide say MOST agencies take good care of their pistols.. some even have inspections where theyre required to show a nice and cleaned pistol to their superiors. Any of those pistols will show just a little common wear, but are going to be just as nice as any new pistol... I believe at Vances the police tradeins have blue colored tags on them (if I remember rite heh)

I made a nice review about Windsor here before I believe. Basically... If your OVER 21... stay here in the states and dont waste your time. Chicks there are hot sure, but theyre the usual "Im 18 dont touch me, dont dance with me, back off". The booze is WATERED DOWN.. I shit you not, its watered down. Me and Rigsby spend about $200 EACH the night we went, and we werent even wasted. We downed shot after shot after shot and it literally had no effect on us at all. Theres plenty of places to go, but you'll still run into a bunch of stupid acting under aged kids from the states.

XP Pro is on it rite now, anyone that buys it will get the machine with all drivers, Office XP, a FRESH install of XP Pro with service pack 2 as well. I even have a crap ton of divx movies I could "lend out" on the hard drive.
