When I went to look at my Volvo they asked me if I would consider trading in my GTO, I started off saying no until they told me theyde offer me more than I owed. I said DONE DEAL and drove right back and signed it away. Theyre really nice cars but the resale is absolute crap now.

Taking off from crowded city full of cops is pretty foolish.

Had 2 others that came that didnt want to spend a bunch of cash.. so we hotwire.com'd a hotel. Ended up at the Ocean Dunes up north a little ways. It wasnt too bad. For the amount of time that we didnt stay in the hotel it worked out perfect. It was a nice get a way for sure, exactly what was needed. Would have been a tad better with some people my age but all good. Ill probably go again but this time Ill just stay at the nicer places and see if that enhances the fun

I do over an hr of cardio everytime i hit the gym. During my 14 weeks i lost no muscle what so ever. Mind you it was all low intensity and the diet was geared towards fat loss strictly. Its all in what you do and how you do it. No fancy sups needed. 15minute sessions are worthless for fat loss, youll tear more into muscle than doing any good for fat.

Its called a good diet. I lost 22lbs of body fat over 14 weeks and did a bod pod test at 6.6% body fat. No diet crap used, strict diet and basic vitamins.
