As anti-apple as I am.. Im ditching my Zune to go with a Nano. Black 8GB Zune Probably 4 months old at most Only used at the gym, clean as a new, no scratches or anything. Comes with the Zune stuff and some earbud headphones if you need them. Still have the box and cables and such too. $100 firm.. 100 is what Im getting the Nano for thats all I want for the Zune

The AR is fun if youll always shoot it.. if not itll be a waste of a thousand bucks. If I was you Ide buy a hand gun or a small .22 rifle to start with. A little .22 could probably be more fun than an AR if you wanted to shoot all day long and not feel it later in the wallet.

Dont think I did no.. but I cant lift anything heavy at the moment really. I basically just have an annoying stabbing feeling in the front of the shoulder. Im rather just pissed that I took a week off from hitting the gym last week.. went back Tuesday and hit it hard only to leave in pain.. to calling an ortho yesterday and have them tell me to take another week off Kirk by all means if you know someone really good please let me know. My one friend suggested OSU med centers sports area.. I imagine they deal with plenty of shoulder related injuries.

So long story short I screwed up my shoulder and need some kind of brace or support to last for a week before I can squeeze in the docs office. Where around here can I pick up some kind of brace or sling or something. I just need to immobilize my shoulder while at home for a week really. Lifting heavy things > me
