  1. Thank you, your Honor. I'd also move to introduce into evidence the fact that the original idea and design of the Buckeye Leaf helmet sticker was conceived of, and embraced under, the reign of of one Wayne Woodrow "Woody" Hayes, widely considered one of, if not THE, best college football coach in recorded history. Additionally, the Buckeye Leaf is hardly the only iconic emblem Coach Hayes can be credited with leaving to the masses, other notable contributions include the "Block O" hat, the striped red tie, the white, short sleeve button down shirt and the horn rimmed glasses. While style may not have been his field of expertise, it can definitely be said that the look he created was "timeless". Given that you are on record having stated multiple times that you have personal issues re: the taste of the articles in question, I would like to move that you recuse yourself from the judgement of this particular case. Clearly, it would be unfair to both you AND the case in question to ask you to remain impartial in these proceedings. Defense rests.
  2. For some reason, I felt like revisiting this. I would like to submit the following from the 1968 season; I would like to submit the following to the court; http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h23/lhiannonshee/archiesticker_zpsh1khabwl.jpg If they are doing it just to troll you, Tilley, they've must have known you were going to hate it before you were even born.
  3. Tim Beckman (HC of Illinois) fired one week from the open of the CFB season. Looks like there is strong evidence that Beckman deliberately misreported injuries, and also pressured athletes into postponing, or avoiding entirely, medical procedures re: injuries...to the point of threatening to revoke their scholarships. EDIT: http://www.si.com/college-football/2015/08/28/illinois-football-tim-beckman-fired
  4. "Relatively". The difference between an IQ of 10 and and IQ of 80 is the same difference between 80 and 150. Relatively speaking. I may be forced to concede that the women are hotter. I have heard this from several credible sources.
  5. Fucking comical. Bama is straight TERRIFIED to travel north of the Mason-Dixon line to play anyone. Skurred that half the players would "defect", a la Cuban National Team, when they see how much culture and intelligence there is up there.
  6. Bama 55 - Southwest Middle Georgia St Technical College for Boys of the Resurrection 3 OSU 45 - VT 17 Easy E runs for 150+, Barrett has almost a hundred yards rushing as well.
  7. I'm in this camp, myself. I'm not overconfident, we CAN still lose, I just believe that with this coaching staff, and as much leadership coming back from last year as we have, we WON'T lose. It hurts not to have those guys available, but to Urban Meyer's point, "We have recruited well". Factor in that we have depth, talent, and leadership at the most important position on the field (QB), and I think we win by 14 or more.
  8. Noah out for the season. Surgery tomorrow morning. Damn shame.
  9. Cannot bring myself to watch that video. This whole thing reminds me of the video a few years back of the man being beheaded in the middle east. My reaction is much the same.
  10. The pic they are circulating of Flanagan is that of an obviously black man. The hand in that screencap, if you'll forgive me, looks caucasian. I'm not an expert, so perhaps I'm being fooled by the lighting, but that is how it looks to me. Regardless, this is pretty sick.
  11. Bryce Williams? So that is the shooter? I am reading that they think it is a dude named "Vester Lee Flanagan"...Wrong guy? EDIT: Good God, man...he just walked straight up on them. What the actual fuck...
  12. Depends on the objective. Blunt instruments are good for certain things, scalpels good for others. Also, I'll just leave this here; :gabe:
  13. Damn son, can we get some fighter cockpits on these things already? That thing just shrugged the tire off like it wasn't shit.
  14. Saw this yesterday, brutal. It's always been incredible to me that they don't have even the most basic of roll cages over the cockpit.
  15. Buddy sent this to me earlier. One of the best I have seen.
  16. We don't want THAT crazy fucker, either.
  17. I feel you, bro. Still, despite our obvious lust for reading one another's sweet nothings, I feel it necessary to defend my position. You'll recall, my good man, how good the big ten used to be, from top to bottom. Yes, JoePa and his legions of dirty pedophiles (a gross generalization, I'm claiming artistic license) DID "beat dat ass" that one time, but Coopers overall record against the Fighting Paterno's was a winning one (5-3). Also, a list of Coopers wins against ranked teams, if you please; 1989 - #22 Wisconsin 1990 - #6 Iowa 1992 - #8 Syracuse 1993 - #12 Washington, #25 MSU, #12 PSU 1994 - #15 Michigan 1995 - #22 BC, #18 Washington, #15 ND, #12 PSU, #21 Wisconsin, #25 Iowa 1996 - #5 ND, #4 PSU, #20 Iowa, #2 ASU 1997 - #11 Iowa, #21 MSU 1998 - #11 WVU, #21 Mizzou, #7 PSU, #11 Michigan, #8 TA&M 1999 - #14 UCLA, #18 Pudue, #24 Minnesota (FYI, the B1G finished with 7(!) teams in the top 25 this year) 2000 - #24 Wisconsin So, no, it's not a sparkling win percentage, but there are lot of teams that were damn good on that list. Also, JC finished with a B1G winning percentage of 71.3, and 3 conference titles. Look, was he the second coming? No, not arguing that at all. But, he WAS a good coach, that did a lot to move OSU football into the modern era of recruiting and competition during a time when the B1G was a deep and difficult conference to win in. Earl Bruce couldn't pull that off.:fuckyeah: Are we arguing about John Fucking Cooper? :fuuuu: GODDAMN IT, it needs to be football season already. We DO agree on one thing, Black uniforms () can get right the fuck out.
  18. Easy killer, Cooper won plenty of tough games against ranked opponents...just way less than he should have with the amount of talent he was bringing in.
  19. Maurice Clarett was on Mike and Mike this morning. Incredible to hear him speak now, hear how far he has come. Dude is seriously the poster child for having the world by the balls, fucking it up so bad that he ended up in prison, but coming back and making something really positive out of his life. Mo is going to have an impact on lots of peoples lives in a positive way.
  20. That is exactly my point. There is no real way to know how tough a schedule is/was until we see the teams on it actually play. Any of you guys remember that early season top ten barn burner between A&M and The Fighting Steve Spurriers of SC? A&M won, and CFB collectively turned into the "Gerseberms" girl... "ERMAHGERD!! SC wers rernked terp ferve! Ergies merst ber ENCERDERBLE!!!" And all of a sudden, it was Kenny Hill for Heisman, and watch out for dem Aggies. How'd that end? Aggies at 8-5, Hill lost the starting job halfway through the season. Meanwhile, in SC The Ol' Ball Coach managed to lead his top five preseason team to a sparkling 7-6 record, while ranking 91st(!) in points against in CFB. By week 8, we all KNEW that these guys were pretenders. But no one knows shit, really, prior to week one. Ranking teams then is as dumb as an arranged marriage.

On the left side of the questions, you can choose how important an individual question/issue is to you. Also, be sure to click all of the "See x more questions" at the bottom of each "section". Try again with that knowledge, see if ti doesn't change (I had to go back and take it again the first time I used it as well).
  22. Based upon preseason rankings. This, at it's core, is why I think that CFB teams should not be ranked at all until at least week 8.
