Embassy suites. They have a deal for a one room with 2 tickets to the RRHOF for $129. It was a place on the RRHOF website as a preferred place to stay. Funny part was I did some searching on the place and found this. Lol All of the other reviews seemed to be pretty good. Sucks they don't have a jacuzzi tub for my fat ass to sit in though . If we can get a spot at The Melt, we might just hang out there for a while and run up a tab. We'll see how the day/night goes.

We'll be staying in Independence Saturday night. Hopefully I won't get my car jacked or shot . So yeah the new Melt they opened there is .7 miles (2 minutes) from where the hotel is. Awesome.

This will mainly be for my Mom. My Dad will use it to play any type of Casino games (if they have any, which I'm sure they do). Slots, etc.

Nothing wrong with it.. I was just looking for a bigger screen than 7". My dad is 75 and has parkinsons.. My mom is 70. Just looking something to fit their needs.. Also, either one of them read books (at least now). They were never a book reader person. Hence staying away from the Kindles.

My Mom was thinking of getting a laptop so they can use it upstairs in the family room and play games and surf the net. They don't do anything hardcore (they're old). I think a laptop is too much for them. All she's going to do is play on the web and play some casio games (My Dad likes to play the lottery and casino games and what not). I thought of a Kindle fire but they don't want to read any books. Also thought of an Ipad but I hate Apple products but it's not for me. Are they pretty easy to use? It will hook up to any wireless connection right? What's the difference between the Ipad 1 and 2? Isn't there some Android tablet or something out there that's comparable to the Ipad but cheaper?

I'm pretty sure that was on Diners Drive Ins and Dives on Food network ( watch that show a lot). We will have to try that one out. Thanks.

The wife and I are going up to Cleveland next weekend (Saturday/Sunday). We're going to be going to the Rock and Roll HOF one day. Not sure the next. Anything to do up there that's short in time (I dunno probably 1-2 hours. Any REALLY good place to eat up there by the HOF as well? (not $50 a plate but something decent and not a chain resturant).

Or ever. Our 18 year old son is slowly getting through that. He treats his mom (my wife) like a piece of shit. He knows better than to do that with me though. It's all how you were raised as a kid. I know it's harder this days because of all the technology and shit. I refuse to by my son a new phone as he or I can't or won't spend the money on one. He was complaining earlier of his 2004 razr phone not charging. I told him "I'll get to it when I get to it".

Has anyone tried it yet. I had a 12 pack Tuesday and tonight and damn. I can definitely tell the difference. The taste is eh.. it's a typical Budweiser beer but with 6% alcohol. The buzz came along a lot shorter than I expected. (insert everything went better than expected pic?)
