Yeah I have (or had) a bunch of cable as well. I was hoping to run it wireless instead of wired (from one end of the basement to the other).

Since I disabled all the wow gateway crap and hooked up my router there hasn't been any issues. I would like to figure out how to use my extra netgear router here to use as a repeater/extender so I can get wireless in my garage though.

It wasn't just https and secure sites. It was just about everything. Jack.fm. when I went to their site and went to "listen live" to stream it on my PC. It never played. Had a exclamation point on the bottom of the window and you couldn't click on it. It played fine in IE. Just little things like that. Hell any Pizza place site to order something. Wouldn't bring up half the page.

Not sure. But what I didn't like about chrome was several things. It wouldn't load certain pages. It would but when I tried to log into a secure site, it just sat there. My Citi credit card info wouldn't load. My chase.com profile wouldn't let me transfer money unless I used I.E. Just numerous other pages wouldn't load or when I clicked on the option nothing popped up. It progressively got worse so I just dumped it and went back to Firefox.

Well wtf. do you use all 3 - 360's at the same time? Or is only one on a time?

I was looking for a 64 bit client for my Win 7 PC here at home. I like Firefox and came across this. http://www.waterfoxproject.org/ Downloaded it since Chrome wasn't working half the shit that I wanted it to (even uninstalled and re-installed). It's pretty quick. Anyone else install/use this?

Well I tried to get WOW to come out and install another modem (the old one) but that didn't work. I disabled as much as I could on the gateway and hooked up my old router. We'll see if that helps. Sucks I can't turn off DHCP though on the gateway (it's grayed out).

Do you have WOW ultra? If so, do you have multiple Xbox's (or Ps3's) connected at the same time? I just called WOW because when I turn my 360 on it kicks my son off. vise versa. We can't log in for like hours. WOW rep said that it's the gateway/modem that's causing it. There is no fix any time soon and it's the way the modem is designed (they put it in bridge mode?). I then asked if I could turn off every function on the mode (firewall, all the other crap) and just hook up my own router.. She said no it wouldn't work. The wireless on this box sucks as it is for being a wireless N router (disconnects frequently). Anyone having this issue? If so I'll probably end up dropping WOW.
