i would spend more time thinking about the design to allow the expansion to happen with out cracking the runners, other than what material to use. ur proably looking to use sch10 or sch 40 weld bends. both of those are pleanty thick enuf for a turbo manifold. the amount of boost isnt relitive to anything..to many variables. mr burns himself said its not if an manifold will crack, its when. another thing to consider is how those thicker weld bends are welded. alot of people dont understand how to weld them. they need to have 2 passes done, a root and a cover pass. you can pm if you have any other questions.

you have to have a truck in very good shape. think about it your giving it hell in 20ft or so lengths of parking lot. so the rad and fan have to be up to the par, also the trans has to nice also. drive- reverse all day long does numbers on things in the tranny. ive seen plenty of plow truck with tranny fluid fires. im doing plowing this year but with my quad, which is a 09 honda. so hopefully i wont have any problems with smaller sized parking lots and sidewalks.

if you look close when it idles down it dies and loses power to all the gauges. im guessing no battery or alternator. probably has a magneto off of a lawnmower engine lol

im doing some quick math here, and what would one guess a single page view is worth on a google add? .02 cents? maybe?

so on the dyno you were seeing 15 on your gauge in the truck right? or was it brians sensor?

make sure the tees are in good shape ive seen ones melt closed before

there are a few things to consider. how big is the w/g line? can we tap the spacer for each device to have its own dedicated line? have we tested the waistgate with compressed air and a gauge? hows the condition of the turbo bearings? lastly where is the point of full spool on the dyno compared the point of ful spool on the street; i know its kinda hard to tell but you should be able to compare. you could even try out our dyno and compare. just some thoughts.. let me know

put your waistgate source on the compressor housing. bring it by ill drill and tap it for yea. your not going to see any amount of pressure loss through the small amount of piping u have. how many boost gauges have u tried? ive seen auto meter be off by as much 3-4 psi either way. other thing we can try is a co2 setup setup at a perfect 9lbs or 15 or whatever ur looking to run. come by the shop and well talk about it maybe bring the truck.
