  1. Clay, I'm happy to share my experience/cost once I'm done but I'm not sure how well it will reflect your situation as I'm doing the work. So far I will probably just do the one in the front. I have to replace the (rotting) fascia so I will have to take the gutter off and put it back on so I might as well replace the aging gutter while I'm at it.
  2. How does that song go? "Adam is a lumberjack and no one cares"
  3. I need to redo my front fascia and am using it as an opportunity to do a new gutter. I would really like to go with a half round gutter. But I would also like to do this myself and have 1 seamless 26' long gutter. This means it would probably need done on site as there is not a good way I can think of to transport a gutter that long. Does anyone know or have an idea of who does or even specializes in this kind of work. I would think the hangers would need to be designed for that particular gutter so I would need to purchase these from whoever makes the gutter also. I'm just worried that anyone who does this kind of work does not normally sell these items to someone, they want to make money off of the install too.
  4. Ah, probably that and I misread it like it was for future jobs.
  5. Is he really? I know 2... maybe 3 people that should be 'untouchable' and they've had very good jobs for a while. We are talking about felons here working in 6 figure jobs. I'm not saying it doesn't make it a little trickier but by the time anyone finds out about this stuff they already want you and you want to work for them. The rest is just details.
  6. These 2 things done jib. I waited too long; it wasn't worth it. Is it a pay issue, job offers can't touch what you are currently making? That's the only thing that makes sense. Just wanting to make sure you are rationally thinking it through. I almost walked out a few times. I'm glad I didn't.
  7. I'm not speaking from experience or a knowledgeable point of view here; so take this with a grain of salt. But I would look for a new job if I were you. It sounds like you aren't happy there. If you take action on this at the very least expect for things to get worse, or at worst you will lose your job. They may not have legal grounds to let you go, but that doesn't mean that it won't negatively effect your financial situation. I would expect to lose my job if I took action on this and made sure I was financially sound enough to bear this. If not, wait until you are out of your job. Also make sure you document everything. And before you do anything, go talk to a lawyer. For what it's worth, I've been in a pretty shitty work situation for a while and I'll be in a new job on Monday.
  8. Timing belt, at least once, if not twice. IIRC interval was like 90k, but most suggested shorter, like 60k. Probably not a deal breaker if it wasn't done and still runs but it's a ticking time bomb at that point. So like jeffro says below expect to replace it ASAP if it hasn't been done recently.
  9. It turns out that Skynet was a bunch of angry balloons.
  10. Weren't they really under-rated on power too?
  11. Does this car use EBD or still has mehanical brake force distribution?
  12. You could go rent a new V6 mustang for the day, after all it has more than 300hp. Or you know, you could just make friends, some out to C&C or Sawmill meets. I'm sure eventually someone would offer you a ride without you having to ask random strangers for one.
  13. I've never been but always though it would be cool to see, I'm glad I caught this post. You know more about photography than me, but are the buildings out of focus or is it just the bright areas getting blown out due to white balance? Kind of hard for me to see in this size/zoom pic... maybe a crop of the buildings would be easier to see? Ok, I see the far back buildings on the left being blurry even in the normally light areas. It still seems like focus + ballance is maybe making the lights on the Leveque tower and Columbia Gas sign stand out the most.
  14. I know from a consumer standpoint I don't care as much who it goes through, as long as they are or are perceived as being reputable and (relatively) secure. I want it to be easy. Which means not to have to sign up for your site since I'm probably buying something there once and don't want your spam. I don't want to get kicked over to pay-pal or some other site. And even if I don't sign up for your site you still need to send me shipping updates as well as somehow allow me to check order status on your site.
  15. Dat pur fire burd, shuldntah dunit, pur little feller
  16. Tim, that is AJ. Though I honestly don't know if its his company or he works there? I've not had anything done by him but all the pics online/FB look great.
  17. First, congrats Dan on all of your progress towards your fitness goals! That's some amazing progress. Why did you ever need Weight Watchers?
  18. That's good, it means less people looking at the car.
  19. I like going to a Hooka bar every once in a while. I can't imagine very many things more pointless than an eHooka.
  20. I'm interested in the Focus. Any known issues? Any known upgrades, specifically drive train (engine, trans, sus, etc) or all stock? Been driving it at all like the GTP? I assume this has (good) A/C and cruise? Where does the sub sit? Please post replies to these questions in the thread for a history but I've also sent you a PM about meeting up.
  21. PIIHB @ PIB should be their new slogan to attract more tourist.
