try popping the rear hatch, seemed to help for me for backing up . sounds like a new prop may help your help your motor get power to the water on sharp turns

its up to the judge, but ive had 3+ tickets over 12 months multiple times and its no big deal, just be sure to not get 12 points, youre fucked no matter what if you have 12 also... if you have a lot of points you can take a class and then the next offense does not add points.. just ask in court about the class when you have to go in..

I think the TL is a hell of a bargain if you can find one for around $15k. they are very loaded stock and imo FWD sucks, but maybe you are ok with that +1 on not caring about the platform. Phaeton and Conti GT are both on the same platform, but are drastically different. Not to mention Audi / VW platform sharing has resulted in a broad range of cars
