All these grand claims about lightweight and being stripped down and yet my car is still 500+ lbs lighter... and not an econobox
-
So, you would beat the ass of anyone who stopped by? And you were pissed at people for driving by and beeping? Did you want them to stop and help you out - and if so - you would have beat their ass? Hmm I'm a bit confused. Wow, that Ford joke is so fresh, did you come up with that yourself? In my case I don't like FWD econoboxes because they are FWD econoboxes. You can make them 'look better' (sic), make them faster and louder (wee) but in the end its still going to plow around every corner and slip the tires if you try to put any power down on a turn and, of course, be seen on every street, probably driven by high school chick. It sucks to be stuck on the side of the road broken down, trust me , Ive been there many times , but you (original poster) kind of come off as an ass. And why did you need to take the bumper off? Is it an aftermarket one ? If so I'm sure it adds to the already legendary appeal and race car looks of the Civic.

so if you were to sell your house, and list it online, get a realtor, etc, wouldn't you want a potential buyer to know the address? I understand the concern for privacy but most people want to know exactly where a house is that they are considering moving into.

I like Klasse AIO for a one polish and wax. if you want to take the time to polish and then coats of carnuba over top (highly reccomended) I use stuff called einzeit (dont think its avail in the US anymore) and some pinnacle souveran wax. clay bar is always good if your paint is a bit rough. Really, nothing shines like good carnuba wax over a properly prepared and polished surface. Also have seen really good results with P21s / S100. I used to be really into detailing, and used to work at a reputable detail shop in clintonville , but now I just dont have time to dedicate to the rx7 like I used to

cant say ive ever felt/seen such elitist behavior when it comes to wheel choice

what a gay thing to say. "murdered out" . So stupid and ghetto. How about blacked out? Plus I think black wheels look like poo. Overall, 2 thumbs down, mega fail

Bump for a good guy I guess I'll be the first to say "OMG SKYLINE!!!11"- I am assuming that is Kyle's... are you going to get another FD? you def. should

+ 150 - 200 / MO property tax + 75 / mo if you dont have 20% down (mortgage insurance) + $$$ for any repairs that come up + closing costs when buying, for loan origination, realtor, title, taxes, inspections I am currently in the process of looking at houses, and I am all for getting a mortgage over renting. In the end you will have equity, an appreciated piece of property that you can do whatever you want with it. But lets not pretend that just because you pay $720 a month on a mortgage that is = to a $720/mo rent payment

Very overpriced, its all marketing hype. So many people think Bose is the best because they dont really know anything about speakers.

Wrecked Grey FD RX-7 on I-71 near Polaris?
RX-7 Addict replied to RX-7 Addict's topic in Passing Lane
Maybe it was that black one, being that this was described to me as a very bad wreck. Sorry my source is not completely reliable, but my friend sounded confident it was an FD.. maybe it was a corvette, which stole the design anyways (waiting for flamage ) Jonathan, I didnt see the car in person, but my friend said it was grey and had a bodykit, with 99-spec front or at least an aftermarket bumper with the updated turn signals. Smokey, That grey car was the same one I was thinking of, I had my car @ rx-7 store a few weeks ago and that grey one was there also - I briefly talked to the owner but I forget his name - I know he said he only owned it for a month or so and inexperienced driver + 450rwhp FD = death. It was a single turbo, I think a 60-1 or 62-1 or something similar. -
hey, my friend said he saw an FD RX-7 that was grey and was badly wrecked on 71 near Polaris at about 5:00pm . I cant remember his name, but I'm thinking it might be someone I met @ the RX-7store who only had the car for a month or so and was getting it tuned when I was there, that one was grey. They did not make grey / gunmetal color from the factory, so Im thinking it wasnt an RX-7 or it was that car. Anyone know anything? I hope it wasn't an RX-7, these cars are already very rare (less than 8000 currently registered across the US from 1993-1995) -scott

Fiance narrowed it down to an Audi A4...what options to looks for?
RX-7 Addict replied to Nitrousbird's topic in Passing Lane
http://www.ncoastauto.com well worth the drive, 2 hours to cleveland. Most are no longer under warranty, and its wholesale, but imagine the things you could fix on the car after saving $3000 and still have saved a lot of money. -
I agree with other people, stay away from Verzion. I have it and it sucks, espeically the proprietary OS they use (RAZR). As soon as my plan is up, Im getting a blackberry or an iPhone... 2 of the best smartphones, imo. a new iPhone with 3G and GPS navigation is rumored to come out this summer. Blackberrys keep getting better and better
