  1. Damn. She seems "ok" considering........wow
  2. I thought that Canadiens were friendly. I wouldn't be able to stick around for that. I'd probably end up losing my mind.
  3. Last Thursday was nice once we got to the track. Dodging rain most of the way there. Didn't rain a drop there.
  4. Absolutely nothing exciting. True story.
  5. Where did you get them? Mine didn't really bother me at all. A couple of spots a little, but everyone told me that the underside of the arm was terrible and it didn't bother me one bit.
  6. I was wondering how long it would take for this to show up. Figures it was the king of disturbing porn that posted it. Someone at work sent this to me and I may have passed it on to some other people. The guys next to me watched it for 30 seconds or so and said that was too much.
  7. I forgot to mention that when I did get to the hospital the doctor was "checking" my back to see if it was a kidney stone and he lightly tapped me on the back. It felt like he hit me with a bat. I actually turned towards him with my fist clenched. He had an odd look on his face at that point. I didn't realize that I did that until I looked down at my hand. My favorite part was the fact that I was throwing up along with all of the other bs. The nurse didn't believe me that I was about to get sick at one point and I filled the "tub" that she handed me. I asked if she believed me then. She wasn't too happy. Oh well. Definitely not the best feeling in the world.
  8. Kidney stone and the multiple ACL tears. Tore both ACL's and then tore the graft in my left knee after the first reconstruction. The tearing of the graft hurt a hell of lot more than the original tear. That's when I felt the screw in my knee sticking out more than usual. It had backed out and I had it removed when they went in to repair the cartilage that I tore at the same time. I still have it in a specimen cup. I also had my uvula removed recently, the thing that hangs down in the back of your throat, and it did not feel very good at all.
  9. I was hoping to read something like this after you posted the first part about it being worthless. I wouldn't have my current job without my degree, but it's specific to my job so it's different. I'd still recommend getting a degree, because it does open doors for you. People just can't seem to find the doors that were opened most of the time.
  10. I am doing what I wanted to do..... kind of. Just need to keep moving up the ladder.
  11. I haven't seen the car, but friends have and it now has a turbo 4V in it. We kept asking that night what it ran and his answer all night was it runs Oh's as in 10.00s. Wouldn't tell us the trap speed or any other info, but with the block he had in it at the time he didn't want to rev it past 6300 or something around that. He was running out of gear before the stripe, so it was definitely a good running car.
  12. No, get a loop and don't worry about it. Like people have already said, best insurance for little cash. I feel much better knowing that I have one now. My fox body got one very early on, because it was always on drag radials and they did check for them back then.
  13. The worst part about the night of the video was that I wasn't there for the stupidity. Andy wouldn't have gotten into a fight if I had been there to shut him up. I felt bad for a second because he had tried to keep up with me drinking at Hooters for the NMRA cruise in, then I realized that he needed to keep his mouth shut. I guess that's what I get for riding in someone else's car that night. The quick "pass" with a certain someone with a sprayed Camaro that night was fun as well. Something about a turbo fox body that walked by said car that made my night
  14. If you like to bracket race......
  15. I thought the NHRA rule said something along the lines of the use of any sticky tire, drag radials included, mandated that you have a loop. Not sure about the rest.
  16. Yes, but they usually don't check.
  17. All of the time. It keeps me up at night.
  18. I always took it as people ruining something that is actually good for them by loading it with sugar, but call it what you will. Are these the same people who put extra sugar on cereal that already has a ton of sugar? Maybe they should sugar their pop too......
  19. Why do people, including yourself, feel the need to add sugar to a sweet potato? If you bake it, it will taste fine with zero on it. Not even butter. It's my opinion so it means nothing, but I have always wondered why people feel the need to load an already sweet tasting potato with sugar and/or cinnamon. Enlighten me please.
  20. I guess when Tressel left so did Pryor's promise to stay for his senior season........not surprised at all.
  21. You could get a few gallons of acetone and clean it out, but make sure to dispose of the waste properly.
  22. I should be there, but I don't need the 245's. If they were 275 I probably would
