I was being slightly silly as I don't have a bar and should. I still am 100% for safety equipment at the track though.

Don't want to put safety equipment in a car, then stay off of the track. Yes there are cars that need the stuff stock, but oh well.

Took my kids to the arthritis show saturday morning. They both know what a blower is and they were pointing them out. My girl is 6 and my son is 4. Random older guy said "sounds like you have a couple of gearheads there"....I couldn't have smiled any bigger. Love going to shows with them.

Good old "filthy" Phil. He has been making passes at kilkare for years. No one really knew who he was then either. He runs in street outlaw classes at mustang racing events. He has been rather successful for awhile too.

I have no idea how anyone could deal with the loss of a child. My aunt passed at 40 from cancer. My good friend lost his 19 year old son to cancer. I still remember how I felt when he passed and I didn't have kids yet. Side note, the morning after I heard about Kenny passing my wife came into the bedroom to tell me she was pregnant with our daughter. Life just sucks sometimes. I don't know that I could handle losing one of my kids. I hope you can find a way to support your friends and yourself through all of this. Very sorry to hear this.

My wife just told me that traffic was stopped 7 miles from Cleveland on 71 and that they weren't going anywhere as it was full already. I guess Cleveland fans do care
