  1. BTW a 99+ rear-end is even wider yet if you could find one of those it would help the sn95 overhang. Awesome swap though, I thought at first you were driving a fox body, that's why I mentioned an lx 5.0. Check some places like mustang parts specialty places if you are real serious about getting one quick: ie www.stangparts.com .
  2. Stangs do have a little overhang in the back don't they smile.gif . The PHB set up is a major improvement over the 4 link set up of the last 25 years. I was just trying to get across the point that PHBs on solid rear axles can handle pretty well to all those who complain about the lack of IRS in the new Cobra.
  3. Yeah no t56? Engine impressive, brakes impressive but wonder what it weighs? What exactly are they aiming at, GTO, Mustang Shelby Cobra, CTS, M5? Or are they between? Mopars were always a little bigger, and the Charger wasn't exactly a "pony car."

First you need to find a web address to host it on. Then hit the image button on the post screen and paste the url of the pic in the box and then post the thread/reply.

On topic, how are those Hankooks? I held off and picked up a set of Nitto NT555s because not many people knew much about them. But recently I have seen alot of adds and more people using them. It sounds like they are going to be like another Kuhmo. Can't wait to see the pics.

The next step is to convert the new mustang platform to a retro falcon.

BTW I think the new mustangs rearend is pretty cool with the factory PHB. No matter what they come out with someone will always complain. Either "solid axle can't handle worth shit" or "IRS cant get traction worth shit." The 8.8 isn't a bad rearend and with a PHB or Watts link solid rear axles can handle.

  6. Heres the one with the curb rash, more pics available upon request. I think the flash did not do the wheel justice.

  8. 97 Cobra rims and center caps. Mounted are Bridgestone Potenza pole positions in 235/45/17. Two of the tires are low on tread life, two have I would say half. Rims are in good shape, 1 has some curb rash but barely noticable. Finish is excellent. Center Caps are pretty good, have a few bent spots from being pryed off but barely noticable. I have seen them on a few sn95 GTs and they look really good as well as on a 5 lug lx hatch and it looked awesome. I just picked up some 03 wheels so I decided to let these go.

    Price: $200 firm

If interested email wk223000@yahoo.com I will send pics upon request.
