what kind of gains should i expect with the intake, cam, throttle body and ignition?

Alright... I've had some parts sitting around my house for quite a while now waiting to be put on my car. I kept telling myself I'm going to install everything when I got my heads, but time keeps passing by and I haven't gotten the heads yet and probably won't for a while. Anyways... my question to you guys is what parts that I have (uninstalled)could I / should I install to keep things running good and safe? Parts I have (uninstalled): 70 mm throttle body Cobra Intake (P&P) E-cam 72 mm mass air 30# injectors MSD 6al ignition Parts I have (installed): CAI Shorty headers H-pipe Flowmasters pulleys 3.73 gear short shifter upper and lower control arms

I was wondering what miscellaneous parts I will need or should replace when doing a Head/Cam/Intake swap on my 93 Mustang.

I recently got an MSD 6al ignition and blaster SS coil on a trade, and the ignition has had some wires cut to make the built in rev-limiter work for a 4 cyl. Would everything work correctly if i just sauderd the wires back together? And how do I know which ones go where? Any info would be great. Thanks. Taran

1990 Honda CRX Si, 94k Miles, white with black trim and red pinstripe. The car is one of the cleanest stock EF's you will find around. Everything is there, and everything works. The only mods are a set of Tokico Blue shocks and H&R springs. The d16a6 is super clean and has no problems. Oil changed with Mobile 1 every 3k miles. There are NO leaks and no burning oil. There are absolutely no known problems with this car other then a few rock chips and dings from being 14 years old. Asking $3500 OBO Pictures can be furnished upon request.
