Explain quick please. At king of columbus (trails) he ran 13.30-13.40. I thought an rx-7 that puts 3xx (whatever was mentioned above) would run a tad faster than that! Does he have issues at the line???

i honestly have no idea. i've never been into vettes much, so i don't know the origional motor. all i know is it has the motor that it came with. it was this guys fathers car and now he wants to repair it to get it running again! (it's a friend of one of my girlfriends) BTW, just in case the question is asked... any where around town that would be trust worthy to work on the car?

A friend of a friend has a '62 vette that he is trying to get to run. Aparently the engine that is in the car now is junk. He wants a "cheap" fix. Is there a motor that you can swap fairly easily or lower cost that just getting a crate motor. Or can you find an motor to replace the one that he has in there now? My boyfriend (nther91) isn't exactly on the short side. he is 6'8.he's a also weighs a tad more than you guys too.... honestly... the whole lowered thing is only an opinion. It is up to the individual rider. You'll never know what you like and don't like till you try it. I'd suggest giving each height a fair shot. a couple weeks on each eight should let you know what you like the best. Mr Blunt, if you would like to sit on a lowered 750 vs a lowered 650 and see if there is a difference, you are more than welcome to sit on our bike! Good luck with your decision of bikes and height.

A lowered GSX-R isn't as bad as you guys make it out to be. Our bike is lowered one link in the back and an inch in the front.... and it rides damn good. it's acutally much better when riding. i've noticed that it cuts the wind extremly well and still takes turns like a champ. there are no stunting problems either. it does wheelies and stoppies with the best of them. Mr Blunt... I'd give the lowered aspect a shot and make a decision for yourself. I thought that I'd hate it lowered since I just got the hang of it at stock height, but it only took me about 5 minutes to get used to it and fall in love with it. Just my .02

The spa there is incredible. If you decide to buy a large package... like a 6-8hr spa package... ahhhh. that's all i can say. You get pampered and they wait on you hand and foot. The longer spa packages include a meal. The shorter ones generaly only include a massage and a manicure/pedicure. If you can get the money for the large package, trust me, she'll be thanking you
