  1. Anyone want to go and request 2000rwhp dyno graphs from him in person...in front of his nutswingers? -Marc
  2. Nice neighborhood...I wrote a loan for a good friend that bought on Stream Pebble in August. Good luck with the sale...I would imagine it will be in contract in less than 2 weeks with this market! -Marc
  3. Guess Delaware isn't going to be so 'quiet' if they drain Buckeye Mud Puddle... -Marc
  4. Thanks, Doc! Your support is very much appreciated! -Marc
  5. Hey Guys and Gals, I am participating in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowl for Kids Sake fundraiser. This is BBBS's largest fundraiser of the year and basically funds the program in Central Ohio. My bank is matching all donations up to $1,000 so anything you can give is being doubled to help a great cause! http://2015bfks.kintera.org/faf/donorReg/donorPledge.asp?ievent=1121210&lis=1&kntae1121210=C92320C22EDD40888F66A968FCE38490&supId=378252347 Thanks in advance, -Marc
  6. Id suggest calling Shawn Allman with Liberty Mutual. His cell is 614-332-8109. I refer him to all of my clients that need new insurance or want to run a free comparison quote. He has been able to provide better coverage at a lower premium at least 8 out of 10 times. Not to mention his customer service is second to none. Tell him Marc sent you if you call. -Marc
  7. Give me a ring if you would like to have a conversation regarding financing options and pre-approval. 614-339-1206. Thanks! -Marc
  8. Homes are moving QUICK right now. If you are unable to carry two payments for a short time, you are always able to write the contract and keep possession of your current home for a little while until you find your next home. Not really uncommon for sellers to retain possession for a month or so and simply pay the new owners a months rent. If any of you guys selling your homes need a title company hook-up, please let me know. As a seller in Ohio YOU get to pick your title company. Most realtors will want to use their company as they typically get some sort of payback from the title company but I can recommend a title company that will save you considerable cash on the deal. Remember as a seller you are responsible for certain costs and these can add up quickly! Thanks, Marc

I have too...just not at Alum I really don't think it is against the law here and, if it were my pontoon, I would certainly want a full-size grill to complete the party barge If I were going to buy a pontoon, I would be looking for a 22-26ft tritoon with two 250's out back. I saw one at Buckeye last season and every chair was a recaro racing seat and was BADASS. -Marc

Not sure if serious? I guess I don't know if it is 'legal' in Ohio but there are TONS of people that grill on their boats in the swim area at Alum every weekend. Not with a full-size propane grill but with camper grills that do just fine for a few people. -Marc

Buckeye lake is a great party lake but VERY shallow. Any deep V boat and you will have issues grounding out and fucking up your prop(s). I prefer to go there on my buddies boat and bar hop and not worry about messing mine up. If you really want a nice family boat to grill/fish/tube and party on, and don't really care about skiing, I would suggest a nice 18-22ft pontoon with a 150HP engine. Plenty of power to tube and get around the lake with tons of room for your family, friends, and dog. A coworker is in the same situation as you and has been having great luck finding 1-2yr old used pontoons that fit these criteria for 15-22k. And they hold their value fairly well. They also are not terribly heavy so you don't need a full-size truck or SUV to tow. Hope this helps! Marc
  13. Wow...surprised to see this! That is the complete opposite of my experience there! I went about 2 months ago and had no issues. Sorry to hear it bud! -Marc
  14. Came here to post this. I have only been once but it wasn't very busy, got right in and two lanes. Very nice setup, new, and I thought pretty cheap. -Marc
  15. I suppose it depends on the gun and deal. Shoot me an email...mstock@usavingsbank.com -Marc
  16. Group buy? Yeah...maybe that too. I just need an indoor storage location...any ideas? -Marc
  17. The Silverado numbers surprise me. I guess their are a lot of drunken cowboys flipping trucks...? -Marc
  18. Truth. Having a degree and your experience should negate not having an engineering degree...depending on what you specifically want to do. I also wouldn't expect graduating with an ME or EE degree and immediately expect six figures. Your experience is worth more than your degree at this point. -Marc
  19. I was going to say an O/U is the only way to shoot clays. Glad you found a nice one -Marc
  20. Got a 1911 for sale? Depending how I do my taxes I may buy some more house mods or throw it into investments. I hate growing up -Marc
  21. Can be a very difficult, time consuming process just as Kirk mentioned above. I can possibly help you finance the project...feel free to reach out if you have an interest. mstock@usavingsbank.com or 614-339-1206. Thanks! -Marc
  22. BestBuy has Fire Sticks for 39.99 with free shipping. I ordered mine yesterday and will have it no later than Wednesday. This is a few weeks before Amazon has them available. -Marc
  23. I would 100% contact VW and see what they would sell you a warranty for and how many miles it will cover. -Marc
  24. How old is the car? Have you thought about contacting a F&I guy at a VW dealership and asking what they would sell you an extended dealer warranty for? I know you would have to pay to have the car inspected for pre-existing issues prior to the warranty being valid but to me, is way better than a third party warranty. Remember that the dealer cost is significantly lower than what they will try to sell it for. I wouldn't pay more than $200 over their cost. Also, if you wait until the last day of the month they will probably give you a better deal as most F&I guys get monthly bonuses based on the amount of warranties they sell... -Marc
