  1. LOL. I saw this car at Mimi's Cafe yesterday morning. Who owns it? -Marc
  2. If you find a buyer, I can hook them up with financing and hook YOU up with the title company. This will save you cash as the seller providing title insurance, etc. PM me for details. -Marc
  3. Hmm...interesting approach. PS...my CCW expires this year...need advice on renewing. -Marc

  8. Hi Kyle, Please feel free to call me at 614-339-1206 and we can run over specifics. As a quick answer: with a conventional 30yr loan with at least 5% down our standard closing costs are $500 + recording and courier which usually runs about $625 total. Of which, I will return your $250 application fee at closing as a principal reduction which makes it even cheaper. Refinances are even less money...and we service the loans for the life of the loan! Obviously this is subject to change based on qualification but I will be happy to speak with you about your upcoming purchase. Thanks guys! -Marc
  9. Thank you for the kind words. I do try. To everyone else commenting in this thread that I have helped in the past, thank you! It has truly been my pleasure -Marc

It has definitely become more popular in the past 3 years. I have not done a purchase loan this year that didn't either need mitigation or the seller had installed a new system just before listing their home. Scam or not, it is quickly becoming the norm. Andy, hit me up if you would like a free opinion on your financing options. I have some great pricing today coupled with very low costs . -Marc
  12. Eh, I'd just cut the springs and call it a day. -Marc
  13. Paging DJ, Miller, Greg, Wright...this is a perfect opportunity to come out and get worked on the course! -Marc
  14. Hey Guys, I am trying to help spread the word about a golf outing on Saturday...sorry for the short notice! I am participating in and helping run the 5th Annual "I Love Lucy" golf outing at The Links at Echo Springs in Johnstown. Registration is at 12:30PM with a shotgun start hopefully at 1PM. Lucy is the daughter of one of my coworkers. She was born on August 4th, 2009 and she is a very unique littler girl with unique and special needs. Lucy, soon to be 5 years old, suffers from a very severe form of Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy, an abnormal brain, a short palette, and an unknown degree of vision impairment. These very rare conditions are not known to be connected by an underlying genetic disorder. In order to combat these mental and physical challenges, Lucy regularly sees Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech, Music and Massage Therapists. Lucy engages in these therapies on top of her already rigorous schedule of specialist visits. In the past year she has had 2 major surgeries on her hips to try and promote proper growth so that she may one day be able to walk. These 2 surgeries are in addition to the 20+ major surgeries she has had throughout her short life. This benefit is the largest event of the year for her and her family and right now, we are short on golfers! The cost is $80 per person and includes 18 holes of golf, cart, hole competition, dinner and a silent auction. The course has agreed to give us all profits on beer sales which comes to about $.80 per so come thirsty! We are hoping to raise $15,000 as the money is used to help pay for the very expensive private school and never ending medical bills...think 7 figures. If you are interested in getting a foursome together, please let me know and I will help you get registered. I think we will be able to accept checks at the course if needed. We are also still looking for donated items that can be raffled off. Wine packages, gift certificates, sports memorabilia, etc are all appreciated! You may also make a donation if you are unable to attend. Please PM me for details. Please let me know if you have any questions . -Marc
  15. I know that...but I never seem to see many go-fast boats out there. I know I don't know the lake well and I dinged my brand new prob there pretty good last year in the middle of the lake. I will go back, but will be paying a lot more attention. -Marc
  16. Depending on where you are putting in you will need to buy beer before entering the county of the marina you go to... I love Cumberland and will be there over the 4th -Marc
  17. Buckeye is a little shallow for your boat, isn't it? Did you get it put back together yet? Edit** That is why you bring a well stocked cooler and a good group of friends to Alum. Raft up and have your own party! Depending on where you anchor at Alum you have a great view of the other boats flying by...? -Marc
