  1. I like how the one with 1/4 million miles is being pinned at redline for the for sale photos. BTW this is a great buy for someone.
  2. It's hard to tell in that photo, but if you have a basement, mulch doesn't push water the same way dirt does. If you need to get more grade at the foundation, add dirt, then mulch.
  3. Round up, wait 5-7 days, mulch over, wait 5-7 days, round up. No liner needed if you are planning to plant stuff there down the road.
  4. I would PM Alex (h22eg6sir) and see how busy he is right now. Tom
  5. I have nothing to add other than, these are great units, Derek is an awesome guy to deal with, and this price is cheap for an awesome garage beer fridge. Thanks, Tom
  6. That looks like a really clean fox, wonder what it's like in person? Tom
  7. On a side note, anyone else's grass go to complete shit over the winter? This is the first year our back yard is completely trashed. Guessing it's due to how wet the winter was. I have full sections I can just pull up, zero roots in the ground. Going to be an interesting spring. Tom
  8. I'm not saying its too much, but since you asked. They run 190+tax, so you are offering it at a 4ish dollar discount. GLWS, its a great carry piece if someone needs it.
  9. At last check you don't even have to have a license to be a "Home Inspector" in Ohio. Literally you could have zero working knowledge on anything to do with properties, and be an inspector. Tom
  10. Small world, he was my doctor too for about 5 years, not a single complaint with him, or the office. Only made a switch to get our entire family into one practice. Thanks, Tom
  11. Price for the High West? Thanks, Tom
  12. Unless it's a Samsung fridge in which case it's a complete shit show. Tom
  13. Take this with a grain (no pun intended) of salt, but the rumor I heard was money/investor issues began shortly after their 2nd facility opened, and they lasted as long as possible. I also heard employees literally showed up for work to find out the doors were locked. With breweries popping up on every corner, I always wonder if the bubble for local craft beer is going to pop soon. It takes a lot of beer sales to make any money, not just a ipa home brewer with a bank roll. Tom
  14. Lol...someone got tired of the terrible auto reliability. Tom
  15. This is exactly what we are going through, and our Spectrum install is tomorrow. If we hate it, we have 30 days to cancel, and at that point I might just cut the cord, and pay for internet and a bunch of streaming services the kids care about. There is no customer loyalty anymore, so after 15 years with WOW I'm out. We will see what happens... Tom
  16. Always this...sometimes his fabric is just as cheap as the ebay stuff. Tom
  17. Here is a clean 95 https://columbus.craigslist.org/cto/d/1995-jeep-cherokee-xj/6710322352.html
  18. I don't think it's the "understatement of the year". Ask any kid who Ariana Grande is, they won't say Mac Miller's ex. In a current Hollywood fame situation, she trumps him... unfortunately. Tom
  19. A kid from Pittsburgh, made it half way to big rapping, dated a girl a touch above him, battled addiction, and passes away. Thanks, Tom
  20. Talk about a down fall...decent albums, break up, wreck your Benz, od/die. http://m.tmz.com/#!article/2018/09/07/mac-miller-dead-dies/ Tom
