  1. $80 with a starter tool set. http://lowes.shoplocal.com/Lowes/ListingDetail/Index/?StoreID=2505646&ListingID=-2030093614&ItemDetailClickSource=grid Tom
  2. I was just getting ready to post this. If everything we got today freezes overnight, tomorrow is going to be another shit show. Tom
  3. Pending trade next weekend... Gone. Please lock. Thanks Jarod, nice meeting with you. Tom
  4. Bump...I will entertain offers here before I list elsewhere Tom
  5. I swore I wouldn't eat at Smith and Wollensky after their "Liquor Scandal" years ago, but work had them host a Christmas Party last year, and it was great. The room we had would probably hold 40 people comfortably, and it had a separate bar. I'm not sure what if any budget you are working with, but I would check it out. We have also had work events at Cooper's Hawk, and those were always well received too. Tom
  6. I'm sure you might have seen my previous thread asking about detail work for the 06 Taffeta White Honda Pilot with 200k miles we bought. I had Tim detail the car Friday, and the results are truly fantastic. The car has been daily driven for the past 10 years, and even though it was garage kept, they didn't really take care of the paint. I dropped off a car with terrible paint, and picked up something that looks good as new. I would recommend Tim for any and all of your detail needs! Thanks, Tom
  7. So, we are the owners of the Pilot. Tim truly did an amazing job with it start to finish. He was very easy to work with, and i wouldn't hesitate sending more cars his way. I bought this car a couple weeks ago to drive as a daily. We were planning on going out of town this weekend, which meant I didn't have time to tackle the detail myself. Tim was nice enough to let me drop it off, and store it over the weekend. He even gave me a ride home on drop off day. All of the services he currently offers are laid out so you know exactly what you are getting, and he takes his time to give you the expected results. Last thing to note, the pictures in this thread are good, but they really don't give the car justice. Tom
  8. Thanks for the replies guys, down payment made, and we should have it by this weekend. It's a 2006 Honda Pilot in Taffeta White. I'm still on the fence tackling the full detail by myself, or having someone do it. Some pages say everything must done by hand, others say either way is fine. What is the go to brand now days for clay, polish, wax etc... Tim-I received your PM, once I get it home I will let you know. Hoblick-can you pm me a give or take quote without seeing the vehicle? If not I understand. Thanks Everyone, Tom
  9. Hey guys, a couple quick questions for the group. Today we looked at purchasing a new to us daily driver. The car is very clean for what it is, however it looks like the paint hasn't been loved over the years. My question is this, what are the chances i could bring the paint back to life? I don't have pictures at this time, but its a white vehicle with what feels like little to no clear left in spots (hood, roof, top of doors). Literally almost feels like running your hand over your homes interior walls. Second question, I don't see myself having the time to do this before winter so what does a full detail cost now days? I know Andy isn't detailing anymore, so who is our new resident detailer? Thanks, Tom
  10. If the price on this gets "un-firm" due to repairs needed please let me know. I'm interested in checking it out. Tom
  11. We have talked before, I searched already. Two couples, something nice, where do I look? Tom
  12. They paid a company to do that? It looks like a Fisher-Price My First Fence. Screw taking them to court, I bet they don't have money to fix it. Find your actual property line and go to work. I bet they won't be over for the next neighborhood cookout, but who cares, they probably don't bring good food anyways, and I'm sure they drink your beer. Tom
  13. I can't help you with the Photoshop, but congratulations on the baby! I don't understand how you have the time to even think about the truck project. Tom
  14. Brian/JP-any idea how these are with the 6sp manual? I might need a new daily for work, and I'm suddenly drawn to these. Are any years better than others, what to look for etc...thanks in advance. Tom
  15. Rumor has it you can't run on 24v for long, without eating the motor up...let us know how it goes. Tom
  16. Is this one of our own, I didn't see a stanced car in the photo. http://nbc4i.com/2016/05/27/columbus-police-sgt-helps-rescue-9-ducklings/ Tom
  17. I also heard that they can/will renew if it has expired, any input on this? Tom
