i just did my 03 silverado. freekin sweet tranny now. cant wait to get the rest done.

I need 2 stainless steel egt bungs welded to my stainless turbo headers and 1 alum egt bung welded to my intake tube

what I really want is like a 17" 18" wheel that don't look like a 4wd wheel. I need to be able to run a drag radial of some type. I was hoping to fit 15" wheels and drag setup. but haven't found any 6 lug drag wheels for trucks.

who makes some good 6 lug wheels. not really wanting to spend a fortune. just a winter driver. but want it to look good

Have the stock hood off my 03 silverado red color. Got a 2" cowl hood.

I have a perfect working bed cover for short bed chevy or gmc truck should fit most years from 99-07. hydraulic struts work perfect. bed has a locking part. but I don't have a key. has the part number and mfg on the cover im shure they would issue another. its red. these are usually fairly expensive and well crafted. im asking 200 obo. th 400 tb requires the removal of 2 seals and relies on one seal. if it tears or swells it looses the pressure its supposed to hold to apply rev. usually if the tale tale sign is if you engage the brake and bring up the rpm car rolls forward. also do a pressure test to confirm before pulling trans for a new seal. yes I know its a new trans but the seal is easy to rip on install.

I mostly wana ditch it because its like a big power go cart inside. I want to build something comfortable to stay in. Also evan more streetable.

Yea being its my first vehicle is most of the reason ive hung onto it this long. Its just not a good fit for my big ass anymore. I have the 89 blazer and its so much more comfy inside. So is the camaro. Wonder what I could get just the motor. And just the turbo system.

Im thinking it may be time to say good bye to the s10. how would you go about selling it, would u sell complete as a 9.000 150 mph turn key drag truck. or part it out. where would you list it to bring a real offer. its my first truck got it at 15yrs old. so its been with me a long damn time.

slow had some weird gremlin in it poping like a dead lean pop but afr shows rich. went a few 10.20s at 130s and a lower 9 sec pass at like 127. other pass i had to let off way early.

Some gm old motor hit at or arround .491" best way to tell get a check spring set and dial indicator once its in. Simply install a lifter with piston at tdc 0 lash set indicator on top of the retainer. Go to .050 before max lift 0 indicator and push valve down record reading do same max lift and .050 after. Usually the exhaust is closest. The bore diameter would only be a factor for a combo with 2.10 or larger intake valve.
