So, I received and paid a Colorado speeding ticket back in april. Now, 4 fuckin months later, I get a notice that they never received payment, and that my liscense was under some special suspension (don't have paper in front of me, it was a 3 letter designation). I've found all sorts of stuff for colorado citizens saying that out-of-state tickets don;t go on their colorado record. My question is, is my suspension just valid in Co, or will I be arrested if I get pulled over for a burnt turn signal? I need to call them and get it resolved, but in the mean time I want to know if I should drive. 4 fuckin months to tell me, sounds like they take this seriously.
