  1. Teh best things in life involve darkness, kneepads, and getting messy. We found this hole while hiking around Mammoth Cave National Parks back country. Every cave we've ever seen there has had some ugly steel or chainlink barrier keeping people out, but not this one...so of course we went in. They know its there, because the USGS surveyed it and left a marker. Makes me wonder what we can find further off the trail. http://img67.imageshack.us/img67/6298/mapxv7.jpg http://www.summitpost.org/image/243609/175847/the-beginning.html http://www.summitpost.org/image/243715/175847/spider.html http://www.summitpost.org/image/243615/175847/passage.html http://www.summitpost.org/image/243614/175847/behind.html http://www.summitpost.org/image/243702/175847/mud-slump.html http://www.summitpost.org/image/243611/175847/after-that.html http://www.summitpost.org/image/243711/175847/squish.html http://www.summitpost.org/image/243617/175847/squeaze.html http://www.summitpost.org/image/243696/175847/looking-up.html http://www.summitpost.org/image/243692/175847/group-shot.html http://www.summitpost.org/image/243613/175847/appriciation.html
  2. I was gunna tell you, but not now. Andersons, they have a selection of brands. The big bottle pictured above was $10 on sale.
  3. http://homepage.eircom.net/~bunrattywinery/index_files/bunrattymeade.jpg Serve cool, romm temp, some even like it hot like cider. It's sooooooooooooo good! Me, of all people, I've exceeded my self imposed drunkedness threashold...and I'm drinking alone! These are charactaristics of alcoholism...but it's sooooooo good! Its only 30 proof, and I'm a lightweight...but still, try it. It's so good that it's bad for you. Play a game and don't read anything about it, just buy it and taste it, you'll immediately know what it was firmented from.
  4. Could ya elaborate? Looks clean from the pics, but I realize that means little. Got your message after class, I'll ring ya at a more reasonable hour.
  5. viel danke Matt! My guess is they get their cars at acution. they may or may not look at the cars, they just bid what they're willing to pay and take what they can get.
  6. If this is overpriced, I should be happy that it's not on fire.
  7. They've got a 99 540i I wanted to look at.
  8. anyone bought a car there? Stories? etc etc?
  9. Did they teach you that in Ronald Reagan Elementary school? Socialism won't work for the exact same reason that capitalism won't work: It hinges on the actions of human beings, and those fuckers get greedy. Jesus was a socialist, what's your opinion of him?
  10. I hear'd he ran so that, for whatever reason, he could sue Blackewell over the outcome. That's a sharp mo'fo right thar!
  11. There was a button for that you git, it said "Peirce"! Seriously, if everyone who actually want him to win would have voted for him, he'd be governor. 80% of voters didn't want a D or an R in office, but they feel that a third party vote is a wasted vote, stoopit. People need to vote for who they want, not for who they think will win, and certainly not on party lines. I'm honnestly getting pissed off at all of you guys bitching about who you voted for, there was another choice. Want change? Vote for change, REAL change, not just a change in labels.
  12. Respectfully Joe, you're out of your mind.
  13. These elections are more important then the national elections. Don't forget your ID. Make sure no one gives you any pre-punched ballots, either.
  14. Not realy. It's something I can afford (only $12,500), I'm still wrestling with whether I should or not. I've got a nice 420SEL to fall back on it. Can anyone speak for 540i's?
  15. I own the Cossie already. Wanna buy it? And its a 500E, not an E500, there's a very sustantial difference. For instance, one runs for more then 2 months at a time. waddabout M5s, while I'm on the subject of big powerful saloons?
  16. 1989, December 1. Ford aquires Jaguar. But you are correct, the early 90s seem to be the way to go for XJ12s.
  17. I'm liking these XJRs and XJ12s....on paper. I know the 98+ XJRs have $10,000 exploding Mercedes transmissions, and I know what "Vanden Plas" means, but thats about it. I'm looking for more info or possible forums that will have the info.....anyone? I'd settle for the right XJ6 or 8, but my primary concern is reliability.
  18. 98+ Jag XJR uses a Mercedes build "100,000 mile sealed unit" transmission that fails completely around 80,000. Cost to repair ranges from $10,000 to $15,000, depending on where you take it. SLs tend to have a better reliability record, MB screwed them up less. After 95 though, it all went to shit.
  19. He was both. He exsited, but the tales of his exploits may have been exagerated....actually, they deffinately were.
