  1. Parents who put their needs before their childs should be shot in the face, and have the kids put int he care of some one who will raise them well.
  2. Yep. This is probably the most common archetype appartment building in the state. Untold thousands of people have the exact same closet.
  3. Me neither, and I dont intend to put a pair in an apartment. So, if you're like me, you have an odd shaped closet, somewhat large, but mostly wasted space. Any shelving unit you buuy will have wasted space along either side. How best to make use of this 120 some odd cubic feet of space in your appartment? Buy some lumber: http://thewoodomain.net/files/11/closet.jpg I built a free standing box frame of 2x4's and mounted beefy sheves to it. Left a gap to hang my bike, and made sure it filled every last cubic inch. Think of the possibilites of this closet. Theres plenty of room for a: small workshop camers chair dead hooker filing rack (you can even use the drier vent duct. ) Or just a fuckton of shelf space. All of which I can design and build for you, for a nominal fee.....or just fork over some plans for a meager pittence. The benifit of all the work to make this thing was the fact that it will save me having to repair my rented walls when we move out. Anything you can do to keep from having to paint anything, the better.
  4. Took a weaker car, spent a comperable amount, and ended up with something that wasn't rediculous. Lotus > X ibit.
  5. ALOT more then the Camaro. In a ficticious place, too.
  6. Hey man, ita a heavy duty garage door handle, and i use it to get in and out over the door bars. Its the Couga-R.
  7. Thats is cool as all hell. But at the power levels they are claiming ar possible, could such a tiny engine sustain the stresses? Sure, the big rig motor is huge and heavy, that big iron block and beefy as all hell rotatin assembly are neccesary. Anything less with eat itself under that much torque. You can make just about any engine make any amount of horsepower once, the hard part is making that engine perform like that all the time, for 100,000+ miles.
  8. I want to know how it works, and I want to know now. Ok, now I want video, because this thing looks cool, and I want to hear it run. I also want to know what happened on that March 05 public test, and if anyone is developing this further.
  9. Thats a matter of taste. At least the Audis are faster. Faster then camaro Faster then camaro Faster then camaro Much faster then camaro Faster again, this is getting boring hp/weight S4 340/3870 S6 420/3800 S8 450/4200 RS6 480/3900 RS4 420/3700 Camaro 400/3800+ If the camaro is anything like other retro styled steel beasts, it'll be over 4000lbs, and by no small margin. It may beat the standard S4 in a roll race, depending on the retro drag coef. But the S4 will launch harder. The 500 hp flavor of the LS2 gets the 3100lb Z06 to 60 in 3.4 seconds, add 900-1000 lbs and you'll pick up 2 seconds if not more. The Audis 0-60: s4 5.4 s6 5.1 s8 5.0 rs4 4.7 rs6 4.0 So, by the numbers, the S4 vs the Camaro may be a close race, if Chevy is lucky, untill its time to turn. Also consider the fact that the audi's will probably get faster by 2009.
  10. Just north of polaris about 5 mins, Lewis Center, 43035. Sooner the better.
  11. yes http://thewoodomain.net/files/11/mail.jpg
  12. http://thewoodomain.net/files/11/couch.jpg Center cousion is a little worn.
  13. big 3 person recliner couch. Mom wants rid of it, come by with truck and pick it up. Its a brown and gree kinda plaid. Its probably about 8ft long, big couch, big free couch.
  14. This is CR man, only big money races here. 40 Cheese chelitos, I win, I take the food, and the respect. werd. I dunno whats so scary, my kid loved the vid. Rotaries make babies giggle.
  15. Wait a minute, What is an attactive car doing there? I thought they all must be rediculously over done, and graphic'd the hell up?
  16. http://www.thefunnypage.com/toes/6fingers.jpg
  17. I dont. as some one once said, a racecar is a tool, who cares if it looks good? I had the fiber laying around, and decided to make a mould of my origional dash before I threw it out. Not accounting for a day of drying here and there, it was a 3 hour job, and frightens passengers less then this: http://thewoodomain.net/files/11/psngr.jpg
  18. In the hopes of not being a ricer, I made it to look neither good, nor expensive: http://thewoodomain.net/files/11/cfdash.jpg This should cut Cougar passengers risk of decapitation by almost 50%.
  19. I must say, thanks to my knuckle dragging, poo flinging technophobia, I still maintain my sense of politeness and dont need those rules to guide me. For some of use, we dont need to be told whats wrong, we know whats wrong because it feels wrong. Personaly I'd feel damn weird carrying on a conversation with my phone in a crouded yet quiet elevator. Who the hell is comfortable with that?
  20. Because this is the internet, Ben. We must do battle, it is written, now and forever for eternity. Joe...who cares what it'd do in another boat? Its not in another boat, its in that boat, and apparently its winning trophies in that boat, IN a class with a 5.2 liter cap on powerplants. I.E. Its faster then other BBC boats in its class.
  21. A Z06 driven by the one and only Vin Deisel. The plot thickens.
  22. The side facing the mould is smooth, but everything else is just epoxy over fabric. Can a spray Laquer be used to give it a glossy look?
