  1. A CR track rental is probably going to be pricey, no matter how you slice it. Luckily, if you're willing to drive a bit, you've got options! I'd look at Putnam Park. It's a great track, reasonable prices (Mid Ohio is hugely expensive), but it's west of Indy. Still about the same drive-time as Nelson, and a better track. You're also going to be relegated to weekdays. Weekends are more expensive and are always scheduled waaaaaay in advance. If you're willing to drive up to Michigan, there are a couple good tracks up there as well, and dont forget Beaverun in western PA. So, the list of available tracks: Mid Ohio: I wouldn't bother asking, we can't afford it) Nelson Ledges: Do we even know who owns them anymore? Putnam Park: Great track layout and surface, spartan facilities, probably the best value. Gingerman: Good prices and availability, but far away. Waterford Hills: Simple, small, cheap. Beaverun: Very nice joint, fairly new, gobs of elevation, not sure what prices are anymore. Bluegrass: Probably expensive, brand new, ambitious project that looks fun as hell.
  2. This stuff is hilarious. The things listed are more a sign od being a Big Boy, rather than a man. Overly concerned with looking cool in front of your peers = Boy

  9. That was a great episode. Being a Jezza fan, I picked up on his jabs at us and laughed.... despite being mildly offended. It's Clarkson, I expect it.

Warning guys: Pets don't always like what you're doing to their humans. It's not rare for a dog to maul a mu fugga because the woman was getting slapped and making "danger sounds".

  16. And how big is the compressor that you need to operate it? If you're rating things by how much shit you have to lug around to get things done, this thing wins.
  17. Some assholes lobbing missiles blindly into civilian areas can only kill a few, and injure a dozen.... Yet, one of the best trained, best equipped military forces in the world can "whoops" kill 375 civilians in their precision counter attack? I'm just sayin'.
  18. So given my families history in the Steam-age Railroad industry, I should be named Boiler, or Firebox, or Stopcock, or Driver... hey wait, that's my old screen name.
