  1. if you just don't want to deal with the coolant stankin up your car you can just disconnect the hoses where they run through the engine side of the firewall and connect them with a suitably sized piece of pipe and a couple hose clamps. better bundle up though and get a nice ice scraper.

says in the first sentence that you have them in your possession(i think). where does the more reliable information lie? on internet message boards, or in the garage? not being a dick BTW. post pics and your findings when your done. edit: ok so put the suspension parts back on then do the other part. excuse my not payin attention ass. the valid info part still pertains.
  3. makes me appreciate my little 4 cyl..i had the manifold off and back on again in about 3 hours while drinking heavily.
  4. and it can be yours for the low low price of 22,475$ hey..at least it includes on-site training. adrenaline research
  5. i've always heard 11.5:1 - 12:1 was pretty safe for a turbocharged car running good pump gas. i can't really back it up, but thats what i trust my engine with.
  6. you're not going to gain much by changing it..maybe a little below the normal engagement point..but how handy is that? the big benefit to vtec controllers is the ability to raise the engagement point with extra lumpy cams. at one time i had a swapped hatch(b18c1) well i installed some pretty aggressive cams, and after the airfuel was straightened out i actually lost power after engagement. i might've been able to get it back with ignition tuning ,but i didn't have anything capable of adjusting timing in specific parts of the band. so i just raised the engagement point and everything came out ok.hope that helps.
  7. the initial symptoms sound like a dirty fuel filter or bad fuel pump...check for pressure and go from there.
