  1. me and turbotank weld as well, the TIG isn't portable though, so small deliverable parts are about all we can handle.we're on the southwest side.
  2. nah, he did the right thing, minivan=high likelyhood of a half dozen 4' tall soccer players in the back. it wouldn't be right to make them pay for the retardedness of the driver.

    timing belt?

go ahead and break em' off. odds are you'll be able to grab the leftover pieces with some vicegrips and replace them with fresh ones. if they break off real short the hardest thing you'll have to do is easy out them.
  4. he said gt25, it's different.flows 44lb/min as opposed to the gt28rs at 35lb/min. those are approximate as they vary depending on who's selling it.
  5. ~nice.if ever something would be a good sticky, here it is. (not necessarily in this section though, maybe speed trap)
  6. i've traveled ALOT for my job, and the only place i would consider moving to so far is one of a few cities in puerto rico. either ponce on the south shore, arecibo on the north shore, or possibly isle verde,a suburb of san juan. it's cheap, the weather is unbeleiveable, the food is awesome, and the taco:burrito ratio is 5:1.but i have a family now, so we're stayin in columbus.
  7. i spent some time in louisville, i liked it there. about the only thing good about indy is the speedway, and it's really easy to get around.
  8. why limit yourself to 14psi? the OEM turbo i had supports 300hp with a real quick spool, but you had to push 18psi or so to get there.if the turbo can handle it,whats the difference between CFM,and pressure? also, whats with the InHg stuff? are you a weatherman?
  9. yep, i scored one of those a few months ago.worth it's weight in gold when it comes to manifold nuts, and thi8ngs of that nature.i just wish they would've put a 3/8"drive square in the handle of it so you could get more torque than just twisting.
  10. unless it's 4000 he'll be fine.gt3071r is still pretty small.
  11. some of those had a TSB regarding soft valve seats.i think it was for the early models, but it's something to look in to.
  12. can i get a pic, and measurements from center to center on the bolt holes?
  13. i like thw elding somethin to them idea. i'de probably do something quick and easy like a small piece of flat stock. then bite on it with a big crescent.
  14. yeah, thats gotta be new. i tried it 3 weeks ago and they wanted money.
  15. stick a wax tube in your ear and light it on fire, it softens everything up and sucks it out.
  16. it's just silly not to backup cds on your hard drive.then when you trash your legitimate copy you can make a new one at will.
  17. TRAITOR~ how dare you disrespect the nissan hamburger.
  18. probably better off to make one.doesn't sound like something that would be reasonably priced.
  19. is that like the "unhackable" ps2?
  20. yeah, i've done goldentree before while staying at the residence inn. i had problems connecting with my built in wireless card, but the provided linksys unit worked well. a few times it did give me the message about limited capabilty or something, but it went away within a couple hours.
  21. the techedge wideband controller does wideband+4 thermocouples, and a few 0-5vdc. guess thats probably not enough though.
  22. if you don't need it to be completely flat. http://www.burnsstainless.com/OvalTubing/ovaltubing.html
  23. i'm saying mine sucks, because i left it unhooked in the battery tray,on cardboard, in a heated garage for a couple months. and it died.the manufacturers recomended trickle charge would not revive it, and everyone i know personally that has had one has had similiar experiences. thats why. if yours is good, then cool, but 100% of the first hand experiences i've had have left me a little bitter.
