  2. does the 14b spit out oil or have lots of shaft play? Basicly why does it need a rebuild? And do you have pics you could post up of them? PS- nothing to do with your post but this is my 100th post... wow i feel stupid...
  3. How about everyone just go to honda tech and talk about this. You would also get more opinions from more poeple. But i may as well add in my 2 cents. You can pretty much use either b18, non vtec or vtec, and you have the support of tons of people who have done it before you and specs and charts to go by to make sure you can do it right. You may as well just research some other people's b18's and copy someone's set up that you like and is reliable. That's what the honda forums are for .

    you want a gold star? j/k but yea i know what you mean. It's hard to do something thats now what everyone is doing b/c lack of support. But then it's pretty rewarding b/c not everyone is doing it. FIGHT THE MAN!
  5. It's really not that difficult. You would need to do one of two things. Either bring your manifold and a new flange, in this case a t3, to a welding shop and say you want the new flange on that manifold. You can find the flanges usually on ebay or a good company is JGS. I recently did this and it was pretty inexpensive and the guys did an awsome job. Just be sure to tell them it is going to be pressurized so there are no gaps or holes in the weld, there prolly wouldnt be anyways. Or you would need to get a different exhaust manifold that has the flange for a t3 already on it. Either way once you get the right flange, its just plug and chug. I hope that helped out.
  6. actually the one i'm selling is made by XSPOWER, and is stamped on the top. But it's prolly the same intercooler, you're right. Well then thats my new price. O and good "snake".... But anyways, yea if you can find these things cheaper new, tell me because i did by them a while ago and obviously some of the prices have gone down.

  8. Hey i have a bunch of turbo stuff for sale. Everything is brand new. Prices dont include shipping, but there would obviously be no shipping if you can pick it up. I can email people pics of things if they want some, otherwise i will be putting up pics later tonight because they are on another comp. Brand new t3/4 turbo with v-band exhaust flange. The footprint is t3/4 but the turbo is more of a t4. - 250 V-band flange. - 50 Intercooler bar and plate design. 4 x 12 x 30. This thing is huge! - 250 FMIC Intercooler piping for a 240sx. Polished. Designed for use with an sr20 but can be modified for stock engine or mabye others. - 200 Top mount tubular manifold for an sr20det. Has t3/4, t4 flange. Aslo has flange for esternal wastegate. Has all gaskets and stuff. - SOLD! Top mount cast manifold for stock 240sx motor DOHC, ka24de. Has t3/4, t4 footprint. Has flange for external wastegate. Comes with blockoff plate for wastegate to run internal wastegate. Very gurthy and will not crack. - 300 Wastegate dump tube. - SOLD All prices are negotiable, but not a whole lot.   9. i agree. I actually have rolled my own fenders with a baseball bat and it worked wonderfully. Then i actually went a step further and pulled them out about 40mm. So basicly baseball = sexy and cheap
  10. O MY GOD! That is amazing! I dought that it would be 85 g's though. Mabye... Just my 2 cents. And did anyone else notice that it is under the Nissan name and not Infinity? The G35 is infinity. I wonder if it would be Nissan when it comes stateside... if it does...

  15. looks real nice man. I really like the shape of the spokes. They remind me of Rays G-Games wheels.
  16. i give that guy props for being different. I mean why not? It doesn't look hideous, and there be probably be no one else out there with the same conversion. And, honestly, i doubt the person who did that thinks he's the sh*t. Probably gets a lot of good jokes out of it though.
