when do you use the forward assist? i can see using it if you pull the bolt open half an inch or so to see if there is a shell in there. the bolt may not close 100%, so you push it in with the FA... but if a cartridge isnt fitting in there or something, id think the last thing you want to do is force it?

schmuck, id try to find an attorney here in franklin county who is familiar with setting up trusts, and familiar with NFA. you could maybe call NRA or buckeye firearms and see if they know any good attorneys. an attorney will have experience setting these things up and know what to do. i cant see it costing more than a few hundred dollars... you dont want to fuck something minor up and then 10 years from now have to pay a lawyer $Texas to keep the government from seizing your shit. just my .02

i was out from about 3:30 to 5:30 yesterday. good times. the worst part was getting down the alley and out of my neighborhood. slush city. no biggie though. main roads were dry.
