got it! heres what i did, and what i suggest anyone else with this problem do: 1. turned the radio off. held down 1 and 6 and turned it back on. it gives you a 10 digit number. write this down. 2. call honda at 1800-999-1009 and choose option 5. 3. talk to the nice person who answers the phone, give them the 10 digits and they give you the radio code. took about 5 minutes total. the dealership she went to said it would be an hour of labor and cost 75 dollars. assholes.
