call slow motion, I know cory is always workin late Brian, side note, if I can get someone to drive the cobra out tomorrow behind me, will you have anything so we can see if that bap is working correctly? If it doesnt cost me anything extra to bring it along, Ill start looking for someone to follow me in it.

haha, yea I knew it was going to be a decent pass. It was really just in the way I was leaving the line and I just decided to stay in it since it was really one of the only clean passes to that point. Had a good time anyways, hopefully maybe by next Wednesday I will have a clutch in there and see what I can do about maybe going 11's.

I found out tonight that I need a clutch in a bad way if Im going to run a good drag radial on the back. Ran 4 back to back passes, best pass was the last of the night and coming out of the hole around 1800 and hammering it. Any harder it would just spin the clutch and made it a bitch to shift. Ended up with a 12.2@115. I have went almost 117 in the car so I think with letting the car cool some, good clutch and d/r's, Ill be going into the 11's. All in all good time since a lot of people stayed home, most passes I have ever made on a wednesday night

I follow you Brady, thanks a lot for clearing that up. What do you think about pulling these original plugs then. What should I expect, 34k on the car, anything I should pay attention to with pulling them then? My thing is that most people will change their plugs every year or so. Most guys dont daily the turbo cars(I dont fall under that catagory) and get maybe 3-4k miles a year. I would think with those conditions, a little anti-seize, the autolites really wouldnt be that big of a deal. Although seeing them like you have layed out, I would consider going with the Brisk Mike I emailed you my address if you decide you wanted to go with the Brisk to have him send them my way. I plan to have the car running next Thursday so just as long as we can have them by then. -

I can bet maybe a few dollars he doesnt have them in his car, he was just saying for what Im doing. Your right I havent had to do a 3v. I dont specialize in that area, however I have blown 2 plugs out of my 2v, could have been worse. Mine either came loose or soemthing and only pulled a few threads out and still just threaded back in. above thread covers what I originally had here.... -

Its ported on both ends of the rails so it really woudnt make sense. I could be wrong but I dont think that is the case

Just check in around the first of oct, I can get a paypal invoice over and that way it just ships the day everything is here and done. It will come with the 3 vbands needed, laser cut endcap for the ypipe and the 3 section mid pipe. I cant tell yet if I like the sound of just a single 3" all the way back or if I like the way it is now. The single 3" was louder but sounded pretty good on one of the customer cars. Mine is really quite but I guess just changing out to a different catback would change that up some. I mean honestly my car sounds stock until you start getting into boost

4v setups will be ready to ship around oct 7 It really shouldnt be too much different, Im sure we can tweak a kit around to work. I would be pretty interested to try and just see what all it would take. I have been putting some miles on my car lately, feels pretty good just on 6psi(cops got me the first day out on 71..lol) -

please explain becuase I have people telling me this and I still do not know why it would be such a bad idea to run the ht0's. Only think I hear is its bad, no details why and just after the people I have talked with, there are quite a few forced inducted 3v cars with the same plugs -

I mean Wes at Powerhouse is who I talked with on this, his wife drives like a 800 or 900 wheel 3v car and he is shooting for some sort of record on the 3v setup. I cannot remember exactly but I thought he said hp when we were standing there talking. Its not like he doenst know what he is talking about but he said there would be no problem with the ht0. He did say I could go with brisk but said for what Im doing the ht0 would be just fine. Its not like I havent looked into this, he said if it was his car he would have no problem throwing them into his car. Thus I dont feel like it would be a bad decision, hell I would put them in my car and not think twice. I dont see any problem with doing so from what I have been told. Mike if you want to do something different, grab them from brady and Ill throw them in there or have him send them my way. -
Its pretty much just used for testing and mocking up stuff to this point. I have changed routes really with what I have going on so a lot of things will be changing on the setup soon

Cool the customer is on here actually and we havent covered the whole tuning thing yet. I hope to have the car completely together by next thursday(keeping fingers crossed). Im hoping we dont have any tweaks to make on this preproduction setup because Im on a tight schedule with the customer -

ouch, Ill stick with the autolites I think and just gap them. they will be ok, we arent going to go over 6-7 psi max. Customer only wanted to make ~425 max wheel -

what part number would that be? I was talking with the guy from one of the shops down at mustang week and that was just what he told me to run. He had a 1000+ wheel 3v car so I was just listening to what he said. I think I have ht0 or ht1 autolites here, but let me know if you have another plug that I can just gap traditionally -
I dont have the tool and have a set of autolites that I need to get the gap right for the boosted application they are going in. If anyone can help, let me know

I have a pre production on my car, I expect some production parts to be ready to ship maybe around oct 5. All will have the y pipe revision so that its a simple to add an electric cutout if you wanted. Or even just unbolt if you felt like it to run open even if you didnt have a cutout. It looks like you can still get in, if I understand right its $21 per car so I guess Ill just bring my daily out there. I was hoping to get the cobra out there too but not a big deal, I think it still needs some tuning anyways
